Don't know any of that yet. X3 They were ordered yesterday.
I had the Winglets book (the one compiled into three stories), but it got lost along with my other stuff. So I'm going to get it more later than the rest of them. |

Three tribes in all: HiveWings, SilkWings, and LeafWings.
HiveWings have mostly have insect related names (Wasp, Scarab, and Cicada, for example).
I'm currently waiting on getting all 4 from the library. Wish I had em too, but I probably won't buy them anytime soon. |

I've heard in teasers that the Leafwings are extinct, so I think it's two in modern day.
The library I went to only had a single book, which is Winter's Turning, so I couldn't rely on that. |

Regarding two present day tribes, I believe we should drop that subject. Spoils too much.
The libraries probably won't have the newest book for a couple months or so yet, and the only copies of the winglets books I could find were online, and only had 1 available rental book each. |

I don't know anything beyond Leafwings being no longer around though, not even how they died. I can't wait to find out, as extinction of a tribe is a new concept in Wings of Fire. |

cri I might have to delay reading The Lost Continent because I missed it when I was bundling in all the other Wings of Fire books for my order. And my mom is relunctant to get it because she paid over 50 dollars for the others. It's the one book I haven't read! ;( |

THEY SHOULD HAVE SUNWINGS. I mean, there's a NightWing tribe but no day/light-y tribe. |

Eh, maybe if they throw in a third continent that might happen. From my pov, Pyrrhia had a theme of elemental dragons, and Pantala has a theme of nature-y dragons. |
