The crow stopped, landing on the outcrop of rock. Confused she cocked her head to the side, cawing softly to herself. The man stopped, freezing as he heard the voice. It could talk?! Sure Ebony deserved to be called a chicken every now and again but still, the dragon could talk?! That honestly helped some though he himself wasn't able to speak at the moment, not with the gag on his mouth.

Ebony cawed loudly, flapping her wings some before diving under the outcrop. She did this a few time before lightly circling. Val froze not sure still if the dragon was trying to trick him or not.

Footsteps could be heard approaching " your still a stupid chicken .." you heard as whomever it was dragged you out of the crevasse " Wow.. they really must have wanted you gone .." The boy looked about 19 or 20 and was a bit shorter than you as he untied your gag first as he loomed over you and then moved to the rope around your feet.

Val cocked an eyebrow in surprise that there was suddenly a boy here. How had he gotten past the dragon?! Was the dragon his pet!? Once the gag was freed he went to speak yet he had no clue what to say. After a. One thing of fighting to find the words he finally spoke. "Who are you?"

The boy seemed to think carefully for a moment "uh....... I'm... Your savior for now" he said seeming to dodge the question as he helped you to your feet and started untying your hands and legs " Who are you?"

As he avoided the question Val became skeptical. What was this guy getting at? "I guess I'm the guy who nearly got eaten by a dragon." Val answered in a smart tone. "But I have a name as well, it's Valion."

"Eaten??"he mumbled " ah Nice to met you Valion..." he said with a smile reaching out for a hand shake he seemed oddly comfortable in this place.

"Yeah...did you not see the dragon when you came in here?" On second thought where was the dragon now? Had Ebony really scared it away? Slowly, with a look of pure skepticism covering his face he shook the boy's hand.
