Blaze is one of the oldest of the Davidsons children. He is a rough and tough cowboy raised to take over when his father was to retire. He knows all the ins and outs of the ranch plus all the small secrets about it. He has seen a lot, and has had to put down many cattle. He hates the Taylors with a burning passion, and he hates Cliff just as much. In his mind, they are both less then human.
