Goldfish Dress
Can't figure out a better name for it. The inspiration was fan tail goldfish that are reddish orange and white. They can have a streaky appearance in the fins. I couldn't come up with a hair idea. Probably something that involves pearls. The pearls themselves were originally supposed to be bubbles because goldfish don't really have anything to do with pearls but they somehow became pearls anyway. The skirt looks a bit odd because they were originally going to be more like pants. Also there's some issues because I was trying to make all the fins part transparent but wasn't careful enough about the avatar lineart. The cape and the skirt are both supposed to mimic a fantail goldfish.
