this was amazingly hard since i operate on a linux machine and GIMP would not work... finally able to do something with a friends photoshop.

Screenshot or save your picture then upload it to an image hosting site like Imgur, DeviantArt, Flicker ect and post the link in the forum with [img.] where the link starts and [/img.] where the link ends. Without the dots of course
