Lucky duck. I wanted a 3-d printer for my 15th birthday but got a sweater instead xD I still love the sweater though.
We have a 3-D printer at the workshop but all I did with it was print a Stegosaurus to hide in my friend's backpack randomly xD also, I lasered a thing onto a wooden thing which I then used as an unwieldy bookmark, so I guess that counts?
*claps* It looks awesome! Very blue. I like blue.

....honestly feel so bad rn. Cause I really don't like the printer, my fathers been trying to pressure me into being an engineer of some sort "Control systems are the future -my name-!"
But I want to be an artist so like. I kind of low-key despise the thing, I guess its cool though.

The truth is, I don't know what I like, other than writing I guess. I took Comp Sci and Bio just to please everyone but if it were up to me, I wouldn't take things like that. I dunno, everyone wants me to be an engineer or a doctor and be good at math and everything like that, something to do with science and I just wanna please everyone but I don't like it like I'm supposed to, so there's probably something wrong with me, because I don't hage a passion for anything. Like, hell if I'm I knew what I wanted to be other than like a doctor or programmer or something, it would be different but I've tried so many things and don't really like any of them, so welp, doctor it is. Maybe a journalist since they get to travel but I prefer writing fiction... I am so jealous of my brother, who is good at everything and science ad math and loves programming and is the perfect child
Well I like things like 3-D printers and VR and stuff, because they're cool and fun to do in my free time, but, I'd rather not have to do that for like, work.

Oh no I kind of get you, I'm really awful at everything except art, and that I'm only okay at. I don't have a sibling, but I do have an asian parent who...really just wants the best for me, but wouldn't mind if I was a doctor or nurse or smth like that.
Its good that you seem to have some kind of squad to hang with though, I got taken out of school at 8 and haven't been back since. My one friend moved and her mother married a rich guy so she doesn't even bother talking to me anymore, she's too busy eating seafood towers in Italy. And I was always that kid with there desk separated from everyone else and facing the wall, so its not like I had "friends".
I have a laptop, but I'm not allowed a phone, so staying in touch with people is hard to begin with. Plus I only get out of the house like, two times a month so meeting new people my age and continuing to talk to them? Ye naw bro.
This was also off topic and horribly ranty ^^^ xD

Squad? What squad? My squad consists of me and my fellow social outcast, who is awesome but I'm sure is getting tired of me. I mean, I guess orchestra sorta counts since we've bonded over eating at Taco Bell, getting lost in Six Flags, and being screamed at by the conductor, but, it's not like we hang out regularly other than orchestra related things. Although I call them my friends anyways. Like, they're people I can talk to in other classes but not like, friend friends. I guess maybe give impression of having more friends than I do to convince myself I do. Also, everyone thinks I'm innocent and angelic which is good I guess but kinda annoying. Like, just because I don't cuss every other word doesn't mean I don't know what it means? They're literally like "Oh my god [my name] how are you so innocent, I don't want to corrupt your innocence by making dirty jokes"
And then I have my family friends, who are also cool, but they naturally just talk to each other and exclude me, which is how I feel with everyone, like I just turn into a random chair or something when other people are there. I think I have invisibility powers or something. Everyone always finds someone more interesting to talk to than me. Like, am I really that short?
Me and my fellow social outcast (let's call her Aki) even sorta tried an experiment once. We talked to this 9th grader an equal amount of times, were genuinely nice and stuff. He's an awesome kid, by the way. Eventually, he started high-fiving Aki as we passed in the hallway while I just stood there being nonexistent, as always. It's happened multiple times. Then we we saw an old friend of ours at an orchestra concert. He was talking to Aki and they were catching up and everything. I said hi. He was too busy talking to respond. Later I was talking to him on Discord and I was like, "I said hi at the concert btw, sorry you didn't hear me haha" he responded with "Oh yeah I heard you" like what the actual heck? Are you being rude or is Aki that interesting that you don't bother to respond? It's happened too many times, I try talking to someone and everyone else is just more fun to talk to, so no friends for me. I love projects where groups are assigned. That way, I won't be alone. Hmm, maybe I it's because I keep losing my temper and screaming at people and then regretting it but then it's too late.
I have a flip phone that doesn't function properly and only bothers to give me text messages a month after they've been sent. And when I use it, people make fun of me, so... Yeah. Life sucks. I'm sorry to hear that.
I have more to say but we should probably move this to PMs before I annoy anyone.

Well I suppose its the memories that count. I have to say, the most exciting thing that ever happened to me in my life is when I was in the Phillipines and my cousins tricked me into drinking some wine (like, actual WINE, one of the aunts just gave it to them).
I remember us passing the cup around taking turns (which is also strange for me, because while I'm not a germ-a-phobe, I will only reluctantly drink from the same cup as my mother) and then me stumbling into the living room (my moms parents were having a party to celebrate a family members birthday) and telling my mother flat out giggly and happy that I was "Drunk."
So yeah, my cousins got scolded, the aunt got scolded for giving minors wine in the first place. And the incident was forgotten. (I think.)
