My inspiration was gingerbread cookies, to be specific couple gingerbread cookies. When I think of gingerbread cookies I always think of the couple ones or the little family of gingerbread cookies. Gingerbread reminds me of being with my family however this is the first Christmas I'm spending without my family. Instead I am spending it with my boyfriend and his family which is really nice.

My favorite part of the wintery seasons was when you could curl up by a fading fire, basking in the slowly retreating warmth and light. So, Crackling Embers is my inspiration :D
