Guess who's back! I never really left. >:)
Question(s) of the week/month/year/decade:
What comes to you easier - dialogue or action/description scenes? Why?
Do you write by hand?
What's the longest thing you've written? (wordcount-wise)
I'm better at descriptions because I ramble on like Tolkien. Sometimes I have to cut back on it because I realize I've written a hundred words on a single tree. :/
I used to use a lot of notebooks, and I still have most of them. Some of them have very bad middle school fanfic in them that I cannot bear to look at or throw away.
The longest I've written was 75k words! My novel, of course. The second one's looking to be more, though.

I'm not very good at using the right words for descriptions, and God know's how many dialogue scenes I've messed up so, by default, I guess action scenes are more my forte.
I like writing by hand, but it's more convenient to type on my computer so I do that more.
I don't know the exact amount of words in my longest writing, but it was in the 300-400 page range before I dropped the story.

personally, internal monologs and dialogues come the easiest for me. mostly since I focus mostly on the characters.
I type. always. because I'm dyslexic, there's a bunch of reasons I hate writing by hand.
The longest thing I've written is fanfiction with a 45,400 wordcount and 102 pages long. That particular iteration wasn't finished, and I'm working on the rework. between when I decided to rework the old version and when I started the new version, I made about seven short stories in order to flesh out the characters more, each of them is about 1,000-500 words long. (srry If that tangent is off-topic lol. I really like the AU/characters)

Dayum, 300-400 pages sounds around 75k. unless its on google docs or word or something - idk what it'd be on that! I use weird word document settings :P

it was on google docs. If it helps gauge the word-count, I always use size 11 and I keep it with the font "Arial' for most writing. It may be around 75k, but I can't imagine myself being so committed lol.

I think a little less than 75k, then - I use 10pt Libre baskerville, small margins. Looks fancy~

I can't imagine it being that long, but the doc has been in the trash for a while so I guess we'll never really know.

*falls in*
Here's something i decided to write.
Was bored, so idk.
All she could see.. was darkness. It spread out infinitely, yet it felt like she was constrained in a very tight box. The memories in her mind were fuzzy, but she could barely decipher them. A memorial screech echoed through the void, and she cringed. This memory was too tragic, too strong! In order to get rid of it, she would have to forget everything. Even that was a hard task for someone like her.
As Theia tried to escape the void, an unstoppable force pushed her back. It was unresistable, unbreakable. She trembled under its force, snapping back to her original position. Something seemed.. off. Theia felt like she was in three places at once, like her soul had been shattered and thrown around. She also didn't feel corporeal at all.
Was this her fate? To be a shattered spectre wandering oblivion forever? Theia desperately wanted to go back to her old system.
Her cries were to no avail.
