Following behind, she was a bit surprise at the tone of voice of whoever the woman was, well not overly so it was late and some people didn't realy handled lack of sleep too well. Valia stayed quiet, mainly not to disturb the already anoyed officer.

"Thanks." She mumbled, gratefully taking the mug in her hands just as soon as it was set down.
"Not a big fan of coffee Kiyo?"

She kept a close eye on her dog, praying he wouldn't do anything stupid. After heading into the station, Kim began to wonder what all the commotion was about.

"At this hour?"
He set the shot glass down, taking a seat. "My nerves are frayed enough right now. This has been honestly a miserable, confusing day.."

(Hideout)

" I see your point. Anyway, we are not just here to drink. We have business to attend to."
She took a good gulp of her drink before setting it down. "No doubt that will hit me in a second. So, I'm not sure if I've ever down this before, but the SS needs an official gang wide hit list, probably rewarding whoever brings in their mark."

"I assume other than Mr. Hatter, you have other targets in mind?"

"Well, long story short, Lishian is trying to play good guy, so I want him gone. He is not as high priority as Hatter, but definitely on my list."
She streched for a moment before reaching into her desk and flipping through a few papers.
"Any other suggestions?"

Mel | Heading to Police Station/Arriving at it

"At this point I would have thought you would have graduated, I mean if you remember basically every law you need, and I've already seen your arguing skills." Mel said as she made her way inside the police station. "By the way the SS probably hate you now with your forehead writing skills."

"Noted. Should we offer an award to someone willing to handle my brother? He's not exactly going to come quietly himself and I think a large scale operation would attract too much attention now that the PD seem to be becoming brazen again."

"Right...your brother. Well, I suppose that's not a completely terrible idea."
It worried her that sending her gang after a cop in a free for all fashion might be risky.
"Perhaps something more organized."

"Teams maybe.. In a staggered fashion? Obviously it would be a bad idea to try to track him to the station, so maybe if we could keep eyes on his movements and reward the team that manages to actually capture him." He shrugged. "Just a suggestion, if it's not realistic, I'm more than open to suggestions."
