the colors are my favourite :D
however, I don't breed tortoise gene and fae wings, so I decided to change those traits.
also added valentine lace because yes

I think it's really pretty! It reminds me a little bit of the Warlock's Familiar theme from the fall fest!
I really like those colors, so I kept close to what you had and just added my 2 favorite traits: Clouded Leopard and Lace Runes =w=)b
I don't think you can go wrong with the neons tbh!

A little late to the party, but here's a possible design.
I rather like the Ethereal wings on the neons, but they pull colors from really odd slots so they can be a bit tricky to look nice.
