Hatter stared at her for a second, growing angry, but he pushed his emotions away... sort of.
"I can't write, but I'll guess I'll just tell you. I killed one of their members, so they should be whimpering like puppies right now. I'm surprised you guys don't just go to their base and arrest them," He turned and pushed past Deharo and out the door.
He walked down the street and towards his mess of a house. He went through the window that lead into his house, a hidden room in an old building. He had heard the building would collapse today because of construction and he was glad, today was the day after all. He popped open the fridge nearby and took out a bottle, poison. He smiled as he uncorked the lid and drank it all.
"This should be enough... today was the day after all and I've had enough fun," He smirked as the world spun around him before fading to black, an eerie silent darkness.
(I tried my best not to ruin plots...)

"I am so ****ing tired of this crap. That is the most useless tip we've gotten this week. DeHaro, you have the station, I'm going home."

"Hold on, Mimi.. I got some stuff for you. And yeah, I agree, the only thing killing one of their members did is just make them recruit more. Having a bunch of officers just walk into their hideout is suicide too, I know you know that.. But I wouldn't expect some random citizen trying to play vigilante would know that. I don't think I've seen them so active in one day either." He glanced back, noting Mel and Lishian had made their way up to the branch floor too. Busy night..
"Brought these ladies in tonight since they were being targeted over their marks for their recruitment drive and there's a good chance Salvation has enough information on them to outright murder them in they own home if they don't comply. Doubt they're the only ones too."

He turned to Mel. "Same thing?"

Mel nodded at Deharo, "Yeah, meet Lishian, he can write on things with his mind. From what I've seen they've tried to recruit him twice, and the only reason why the second one didn't work was something about hat and a dead west." She shrugged, "Well at least that's all I heard from the call, but I'm pretty sure you already know about the dead member."

(I imagine Harvard's just been passed out in the station the entire time and just now woke up from all the people in it

"..Dead West..? Wait. Dead Wes. Oh boy. Not only did that guy kill one of their members he probably killed one of their right hands. Good for us for now, but considering how fast they are to retaliate I'll probably have to up patrols in the next few days so they don't try burning someone's house down or something. You get a name on that kid, Mimi?"

"No because he kept saying he didn't know how to write. I don't know how someone, Marked aside, in this country doesn't know how to write.. Absolutely ridiculous." Miko looked at Boss who was probably loving up on all the people present.

"DeHaro. Why is there a dog here? I thought you were allergic."

"It's Joji's. She can't keep it in her temporary residence so I was about to set up the old storage room for him. We can get him outside between patrols but if there's any issues, I'll take him in, don't worry too much about it."

"If you say so.. I mean it's your department." She looked at Lishian, eyeing him over with a bit of displeasure before she turned her eyes on Val and Joji and did the same.
"At least we have new hands around here then?"

"Well, Joji at least. Not sure about the other two yet." He said, kneeling down to scritch Boss again.
