Hmmmmm.. I was thinking about more reptile themed? I love scaly little lizards and stuff. A big lizard, perhaps, maybe similar to a komodo in a way.

Oh! I got it! I really like the idea of more aquatic styled Sylesties! How about a.. a lindwyrm?? A tad bit shrunken down than the real lindwyrm though, heh.

They could have all sorts of fins and horns. They could be like large aquatic, snake-like reptiles with no legs, really, and just two front limbs. I can imagine a majority of possibilities!

I know we fight Vorkids in the game *umbra forest*; I think it'd be cool to have a "tame vorkid" style pet or something, at least an arachnid of some sort.
Also cockatrices! lol! Chickens with snake tails (or chicken/roosters with a snake tail mutation maybe?) I would so love a pet chicken! Yaaah! Horay for battle chickens!

How about a Pinocchio Lizard?

Or a Frilled Lizard?

The female could have the frill in while the male's is out

I so second this!!! Frill lizard would be sick!!

I love the lindwurm idea btw--one of my fave mythical creatures. I think it would be a pretty cool sylesti, especially with wing mutations.

I need a well for future linds...

behold, my kangaroo goat abomination

Kambaro

(Mix of the Indonesian word Kambing (goat) and Kangaroo)

Avg Height: 4'8''
201lbs
(91 kg)
Health: 300 Mana: 100
Strength: 28 Intelligence: 19
Dexterity: 35 Agility: 30

General Information

Kambaros are very adaptable creatures, and they can be found in grassy plains or in mountain valleys. They eat mainly vegetation, but if food is scarce, they will resort to eating the rocks off of the cliffs sides. Their tough hooves and powerful legs make them excellent climbers. All Kambaros have horns, regardless of gender.

Behavior
A Kambaro male is much less aggressive than a Kambaro female. 4-5 Kambaros may travel together in a herd, lead by the strongest Kambaro. Female Kambaros are very territorial and will spar with other Kambaros that do not live in their herd. Their fights are not often fatal due to the Kambaro's thick bones. Once a Kambaro is captured, it will most likely imprint on it's tamer in a matter of days. It will consider them part of their new herd.

Physical Features

Kambaros are very strong creatures, with a sturdy bone structure and muscular hind legs. They have cleft hooves for feet and sprout horns from the top of their heads. Female Kambaros have eggling-sized pouches where they keep their egglings while traveling with the herd. They have somehwat small ears which makes it hard for them to hear.

Some Kambaros have been seen to have armor around their chests, and upon further inspection, it was found to be bones that had enclosed the Kambaro's body. Others have been seen to have pronged horns or long, Ny'Vene-Like tails, unlike their usual stubby ones.

Mutations??/Genes??
Different kinds of horns, Rams, deer, Ibex(s? es?), moose
Tusks, wool around their necks
Sharper hooves or some bone armor sets/rock armor?
Long tails/Short tails

Different goat patterns, tricolor fur
Runes n such
Maybe some Capricorn stuff?
