She squeezed her eyes shut, scared. She didn't want to go in and see, she didn't want to see Dianas dead body, even though she may be okay. Her heart twisted, she was afraid she'd abandoned her friend. She didn't want to close her eyes, not bothering to try and calm her own heart rate down which fluttered every click.

April took in a deep breathe and knocked on the door to the bedroom, opening her eyes and carefully waiting for a few seconds encase there was a reply and gingerly opening the door, slightly afraid at what she'd see on the other side.

April felt tears of relief appear in her eyes and she ran into the room after the fur ball, grabbing it to hold closely. only once she'd caught it did she look back, "T-Thank you" she sniffled
