Flooded Wasteland Morkko
I live near a river, and every springtime it overflows, flooding the nearby plain (Made mostly of burrs). The Bone Mask represents a dear carcass I found there once :P (I also couldn't figure which color affects the tips of Overgrowth, so I guess it just stays white)
Crisp Morning Nytekrie
Right out the window I was sitting by while thinking of designs, there's a really big tree. The sun was just setting and casting a nice light on the tree, while the blue sky surrounded it, and I thought it was really pretty, so I based this design off of it.

Starry Evening Zolnixi
This design is based off of the first stars you see in the evening, after the winter clouds are gone.
Pink Cherry Blossom Lunemara
These are based off of the pink blossoms on the cherry trees in my yard that are just starting to come out.
Fresh Earth Aurleon
This design is supposed to represent the fresh, soft new earth, ready to grow a rainbow of flowers.

Alright! This is a great choice of challange because I LOVE SPRING! Didn't know if I put titles on them but I will try to anyway
Lovely spring flowers Aeridini
The green of this design represents the grass. The blue represents small blue (My favorite color) flowers. The red rose (My middle name actually, rose.) because my birthday is in spring (Last Thursday)
Awakening Bear Morrokko
As most of humankind knows, bears and other hibernating animals get up. I thought Morrokko looks slightly like a bear and thought "Why not?"
AWAKENING FROG vorpa
Frogs hibernate by shoving themselves in the mud at the bottom of a lake or pond. When they wake up, they probably have some mud on them.
Hope you enjoy my designs :3

Thank you one and all that have participated thus far, I truly appreciate that you have submitted your designs already. Keep up the amazing work that you all do! Below you will find some comments, suggestions, and critiques from me directed to you a little more personally. So be sure to find your name and read what I have to say.
@Aura...First off, let me say your designs were very soft and pleasant looking. Though your Springtide was a little trippy to look at. Nothing bad at all in the slightest, I actually enjoyed it. As for how it relates to the theme of the challenge, I can see how Springtide represents the various flowers out there. The harolding of new beginnings as the slumbering creatures awaken from the winter long sleep. Very nice...As for your Reawakening Breeze. Very nice touch on the description. There have been many a day where I have actually simply enjoyed standing in the breeze and catching the scent of flowering buds around me. If you aren't allergic, it is really beautiful to enjoy. I must say keep up the great work hon...Very well done!
@Silver....You have displayed many appealing designs for this challenge. More then necessary actually, as there was a limit of 4. If you wish to swap out which one I have on display for the Entries Thus Far posts, please let me know. Your "Fox Cub" design was defiantly cute, where your "Blue Jay" design seems a bit off to me. The design over all is pretty, but it just seems a little lack luster. Blue jays in nature have notable contrasts in color. Maybe incorporating that would make the design to pop a little. Just a suggestion there hon. Your "April Showers" was spot on, where as your "Clover" design..The male could have used maybe a lucky dust or or the lucky runes I believe it is..He just seems a bit plan. In nature usually it is the male that stands out over the female. My suggestion there would be to swap the traits, and make her more plain and him more vibrant. If you don't want to that is fine too. I do like your "Spring Guardian" and "Blossoming Cherry Tree" designs. They were very pretty to look at, and really seemed to stand out to me. Outside of the few suggestions I had for you, you did an amazing job. Keep up the amazing work hon!
@Caw...Your description of the late frost blew me away. It truly is serene to experience such a sight, I completely agree with you. Especially if you catch the opportunity early morning just as the sun rises everything shimmers like it was a sea of diamonds glittering in the light of day. It is truly a sight to see. And I can see where you were going with your design on that as well. Very nice indeed. Job well done!
@Lenore...Let me first tell you, your designs were beautiful to see, as well as your description a pleasant read. Way to go hon on that. The one that really floored me on your design was your "Iron Trellis Garden". When people think of spring, they think of nature and the great outdoors. You brought the element of the city into it. I love that touch. It shows that spring time beauty can be found anywhere. Keep up the great work!
@Pickle...Your designs were viberantly colored and very beautiful to see. And even though this challenge normally is meant for adult traited/non-traited pets, your chicks were an adorable addition and acceptable for an entry. I also like your mythical twist on the "olympian gardener" bulbori. I did thoroughly enjoy that. Job well done hon! Also, thank you for your kind words in reference to my appearance. I am working to get the unicorn head piece yet. But that is besides the point, and I don't want to bore you with my quest...lol.
@ Poeticthoughts...Your design was pretty, soft, and elegant. Very nice...Very nice indeed hon.
@Oreo...I want to say thank you for the reference pictures. It does help more than people know to visualize what the artist was aiming for. Again thank you for that. As for your designs...The title to your Ny'vene was sad and depressing. Don't get me wrong, the design is spot on and beautiful. To me it show the perseverance of beauty standing out in a crowd. To be unique. So way to go on that! As for your "Bluebell" design..I think is an amazing piece. The only suggestion I could recommend here if it is even possible that is...Somehow get the wings on the back and back legs to be a gentle soft green color. Or whatever shade you desire that is...But I think that would showcase the leaves of the stems that display the beautiful flower. Take it as you may hon, but that would be the only suggestion I could make. Until then, keep up the awesome work you do!
@Koterfaye...You presented 4 well crafted designs for this challenge. Each as beautiful as the first. I enjoy your "Potted Plant Qitari", and "Rose Griffi" designs. I can see where you were going with them. Your "Sunflower" design was geneius! Your "Teal Lionfish Kelpari" though pretty to look at, was a little off for me. With a name like "Teal", I would think the pet itself was teal. Maybe swap the coloring between the fins and body and see if that works? Other than that, it is an awesome designs. Good job!
@Shimeree...I love how cute your design is. It is straight to the point, and very appealing to the eye. Keep it up.
@Freki...Let me first express that I understand what it is like to live near a river, as I do too. It is nice most of the time, but when it floods it is dangerous. In the number of years I have lived near this river, I have only been asked to evacuate once.(Knock on wood). And sure it looks bad when it does, but you don't know the half of it until after it recedes and see the true devastation it has wrought. That is why your "Flooded Wasteland Morkko" really hit home for me. And your description even more so. Very well done...Very well done indeed hon on that one. Don't get me wrong, you "Crisp Morning Nytekrie" design was very nicely done too. It is just your "Flooded Wastland" just really spoke to me. Keep it up!
@Nyx...Your first design, "Starry Evening"..Your description is accurate. In winter, the cloud cover is so darn thick all the time you rarely see the stars. So that was a very nice submission on your end. My only suggestion for it, is if you could tone down the blues to make the main body area a little more "nightly" so to speak to make the stars to really pop. That is my only suggestion for you hon. I love your "Pink Cherry Blossom" and "Fresh Earth" designs very much.
@Viper....I think your designs over all are cute. I especially like your reference to the mud on your "Awakening Frog" design. Nice job on incorporating that into your design hon. Very nice!

Flowered-Hill Aeridini
Refrence Image:
Living up in Colorado, each year my family takes a camping trip in the summer. Spring's weather reminds me of the peacefulness of being up there, so I wanted to try and do something related to that. After finding an image I decided on Aeridini because 1) I knew that inserting "&md3=JJ" would allow me to use the new Spring Blossoms trait, of which I've been wanting to experiment with and 2) The flow of the body was calm and relaxing, and the Spring Arcanist's mutations were perfect candidates for allowing some of that gray-blue in, as well as making the Aerdini more inviting.
May or may not add more if I find the inspiration.
