I think i'm starting to understand Mateo a bit more now. I lean over and say "You were brave to volunteer, even if you didn't get to go first."

The teacher instruct her to step into a portal he opes up. A minute later, she comes out with a cute dragon-like creature swirling around her that soon disappears.
"Alright, who's next?"
