"What's going on Pride?" Emerie said cautiously, "I have a feeling i'm missing something..." She backed away silently and went to stand behind Pride just to be safe. She wrung her hands nervously as she noticed the darkening of the sky. She tried not to think about it.

Sloth

Sloth didn't resist, knowing it would do him no good. but at the name Pride he perked up gazing into the darkness past the cave entrance as if he could see perfectly fine despite the lack of light. His voice almost sounded ancient as he spoke " Speak Child.... I know I have crossed my bounds" he said garbing Lira's Hand with his good arm as if to comfort her as a boy seeing a bit younger than sloth entered the cave cautiously his golden hair brushed out of his catlike eyes as he watched the two of you closely.

Pride
As Emerie went in the cave Pride reached out to grab her but stopped. He didn't like the idea but he also hadn't told her anything to make her worry, and after she had inspected them she sounded genuinely concerned.

" Speak Child.... I know I have crossed my bounds"

A voice rang out from the darkness of the cave, Still on edge Pride did not answer but drew closer to where they could see him and he could see them before speaking. " Yeah.... I have a feeling you know me better than I know you....."

I tried not to back away when I saw pride. "C-Can you help him or not?' I asked

The two Stared at one another as if to size one another up before Sloth winced again holding the gash on his shoulder, making Pride jump back a little " W-we cant figure that out later....for now lets just get you...fixed.." he said Walking a bit further in the cave to one of the crates Lighting a conciled lantern and holding it in a way Emerie could see what she was doing

As i don't know anything about medicine I make sure to stay out of their way but still staying close to Sloth. I also try to avoid being next to pride for too long

Emerie came up to the boy again and looked at the bleeding gash, "This looks somewhat deep... might need stitches to make it heal faster..." She looked over at Pride, "Do you know if you have a needle and thread? I also need to get water to clean the wound first." She went one of the crates and got a clean rag.

He nodded handing Lira the Lantern slowly before handing Emerie a little satchel with embroidery thread and a large needle. " I'll go get some water.." he said jogging out of the cave.
Sloth had his eyes closed attempting to be still and spoke softly after Pride had left " S-Sorry I startled the two of you..."

I hold the lantern steady trying to make sure they have enough light to work with and quietly listen as Sloth talks, I hoped it was a good sign that he was still conscious.

"No it's fine... i'm glad to meet new people even under such circumstances." She said as she brought the candle closer. She took out the needle and held it carefully over the little flame to sterilize it. "How do you know Pride?" She asked all of a sudden, "It's just you all seem to know something except me..."

Sloth was breathing a bit heavier as he held his eyes closed " I Don't know him..... I knew his father..." he said in a hushed ton not really knowing what he was saying. after a Moment Pride returns with a pail of clean warm water

I look at him anxiously and mumble "shh don't speak. save your strength." I look over at Pride uncertainly and decide to focus on what Emerie is doing
