"Meh, it's fine... Why didn't you like the spiders then? They were more than four." Kenzie notes, slowing down slightly.

"Because they're spiders. I specifically said people. Spiders are small and don't take up much space. I'm claustrophobic, you see."

"Oh. I've never had trouble with claustriphobia." Kenzie says before changing the subject, "Is it just me or is it getting colder?" She hugs herself and rubs her arms up and down to try and maintain the same body temperature. Ever since they had left the fire, she had been feeling colder and colder and was beginning to slow down.
It was definitely colder than when you had been next to the fire or outside of the Labyrinth, but that was to be expected.

The path splits, with both the right and the left path looking like the first strangely normal paths you've been on yet.

"If I have to I'll drag you." He stared at the two paths for a minute. "Screw it. I'm just going down the left. I don't care."

Kenzie nods and heads after you, staring rather blankly as she continues to try to keep herself warm.

Even though you know you are heading farther down the path, it doesn't seem to be much progress. The way you came from disappears from you feild of vision, and so you know you are continuing down the path, but it doesn't seem to be leading you anywhere.
There was muffled giggling to your right, and some tiny figure dances away from your perephiral vision. There is more chatter and laughter, as if someone - or something - was mocking you and Kenzie.

At this point his patience was getting pretty thin. "Shut up! I don't care small creature and path that will never end!" He yelled this out as loud as he could to let off some steam. "Are you okay, Kenzie?" He turned around and waved his hand in front of her face.

Kenzie hardly reacts, jerking her head slightly away from your hand. She mumbles something under her breath before nodding slowly.

The creatures giggle before falling silent. There is a flurry of sparkles up ahead and then in front of you is a big ice cream stand. A small creature with wings lights upon the edge and starts speak in its language, waving around an ice cream cone.

"Ice cream is bad for people, it gives you cavities and brain freeze." He stared distrustfully at the stand and the little creature.

The creature buzzes and in another flurry of sparkles there is a horse standing where the ice cream stand had been.
The small thing looks rather pleased with itself, gesturing to the horse with pride.

"I seriously don't want whatever you're selling. Plus it's good for the body to walk around." He shrugged and looked for whatever the magic salesman was going to try to give him next.
