"Doing alright, last I heard. Which was a few hours ago." Mikal shrugged. He vaguely remembered the man from earlier. "Guessing you left or something?"

"Had some personal stuff come up, let's just say that." Yuu decided to take the chance to focus on Mikal's phone.. If he had one. If he was stupid enough to stand here and have a conversation with him, maybe there was more info he could pull off him.
"Maybe I might come back someday, who knows. You guys always seem like you need help."

"That's because it's extremely tiring to be a tree." Mikal huffed. "And by the way, you never told me your name."

.. Come on, it's here somewhere. He focused harder, trying to find the phone signal again as he came up with a name on the spot. "Junji Kichiro. Just Jun's fine."

Mikal's phone was, well, pretty muc hready to die. Again. Mikal had a bad habit of not charging it.

"Ah." MIkal pretended to get it. Though he really didn't.

He finally found it mentally just for it to die on him, making him punch the wooden wall behind him in frustration as he felt the pain of being ejected out so quickly.

He brushed his hair from his eyes and lowered his fist from the wall, grimacing a bit at his bloody knuckles.
"..Sorry. Thought I felt something just bite me. Bug or something.
You got a name?"

"Yeah. Treeman, apparently. The irony of my last name and my Mark did something." MIkal shrugged.

"I'd consider it lucky if I were you, just means you probably got a stronger mark than most people.. But honestly, we still don't even know what these things are either. Like some people are good and only have the mark and powers to deal with.. But I've heard of people before straight up losing it and who they are too."
He ran his fingers through his hair, giving Mikal a bit of a shrug. He knew more than he was letting on, but of course, he wasn't going to tell a ****ing tree anything of importance. Messing with him was one thing, but he had to draw the line with these guys somewhere. Freely giving them information just wasn't going to happen.

"Maybe Salvation's got the right idea.. Maybe not. I'd just be careful out there if I were you. Never know who's on your side anymore."

"I know exactly who's on my side: the other tyres in the park." Mikal joked. "Found a nice grove to hang wih. Cant say I like the bird poop though. Or he woodpeckers."
