Alex starts the surgery by putting on gloves and then opening a briefcase that is full of drill bits,drills and needles and other tools he gets out a scalpel and makes the first cut then he uses clamps to hold open the skin the he starts to drill the bolts in place then he places the bars in place and then drills them into the bone he stitches the cut up with 6 stitches.
