(Aaaaah, don't kill me. I had decided before hand that the right would be the path with the Nimmts and the left would be safe.)

Kenzie walks next to you, again rubbing her arms to keep herself warm. Soon, you run into three Nimmts - not that you know that that is what they are called yet, it's just that I, the narrator, am just too lazy to describe them again. They look at you and Kenzie with interest, circling around you.
"They reek of death." One notes.
"Bah, it won't change anything." another says, gripping Kenzie's arm. Kenzie hisses weakly, yanking her arm back.

Kain

"I reek of death because I can bring people from it so if you do anything to her I won't hesitate." An animal appeared next to him almost out of the blue. "Meet my spirit guide. He tells me you aren't good news so byeee." He tried to yank back Kenzie.

Kenzie stumbles in the direction you took her, looking at the spirit guide with curiosity.
The Nimmts hiss, "You aren't getting away from us." Kenzie hisses right back, baring her teeth at them.

Kain

"Could we possibly? Thank you." He backed away from the Nimmts, not sure what they would do.

You back into a wall because the Nimmts were surrounding you that would be the only place to go. One Nimmt latches onto you.
"I take your powers. Those'll be fun to play with." The Nimmt says, pulling back. It doesn't pull back fast enough, however, as Kenzie takes the fingers and tries to break them. However, she finds that they're fingers are really strong and don't break easily. The Nimmt laughs at her confusion, holding onto her and saying, "Oh, and I take your poisonous bite so that I can use it on others."

"Well now I'm really useless..." He sunk to the floor as he searched for a way to get out of the situation. "Come on... please. There has to be a way."

"Nope. Oran doesn't want any more escapees, so we are going to finish you guys off slowly." The Nimmts say cheerfully. Kenzie sneaks up on one before wrapping it into a hug. She sits down and cuddles with it, the Nimmt shrieking and yelling about its dignity being ruined.
"You guys are so warm." Kenzie mutters, soaking in the monster's warmth.

He struggled to burst out laughing right there on the floor. "Oh my god that wasn't how I expected this to go. This is hilarious."

Kenzie stands up, still hugging the Nimmt, which was still flailing and screaming. "Let's go!" She says, and walks right out of the group of Nimmts, who were also laughing and/ or staring there shocked.

"Okay, okay. I'm coming." He stood up again and followed Kenzie and snickered. "I'm going to die if I don't laugh I swear."
