Charly nodded once in acknowledgment of his accomplishment. "Good for you," she replied flatly but not sarcastically. She hadn't seen the decapitated zombie, as she had been too busy running for her life. Hence, because she hadn't seen it, she was significantly less impressed by the accomplishment.

Sam looks at the young adult male and says, "My child and I came out for a supplie run. We were running out of food. At night there seems to be more zombies in the dark. I also don't trust people in the dark."

"Oh." Myles almost sounded disappointed. "Why not? What about the dark would bring out the worst part of a person?" He asked, genuinely confused. Myles did not understand Sam's distrust of people. Zombies, sure. He understood that part. But people? He was an innocent until proven guilty kind of person.

Sam closed his eyes and says, "I've seen what the pre-apoc did to people. Even after the apocalypse started people would still betray you to survive. "

Myles was silent for a moment, thinking about Sam's words. He eventually nodded slowly. "That's fair," he replied.

He deflated a bit at the girl's lack of entousiasm but went right back to his light hearted boasting. " Shame that you were too busy running to watch that epic entry. One hit and it went flying ! I guess you'll have to belive me on this one sadly." He shuckled before continuing. " Anyway, i am guessing you were not here to test your spead against the Z's uh ? Any chance you tell me what was the plan ?"

Charly sighed, irritated. "The plan was to get in and get out, hopefully with more food than I had." At the mention of food, her stomach growled once more. Louder, angrier. "You know. So I don't starve to death."

Sam sighs and says, "We better be off then. Don't want to run into any more zombies before dark."

" Sound like a good plan to me... sad that it didnt work out. I came by to see if there was anywhere i could get seeds from in the area, ya know, so i wont nead to deal with hoards too often once i get a garden going." Since the girl had answered him, Bayron was kind of feeling like the least he could do was to tell why he was there as well.

Myles frowned. "Right, well...see you around. Maybe. Be safe."

"Seeds?" She asked, raising her eyebrows. "Where have you been getting seeds from?" She was wondering how on earth he got the seeds to grow in the first place.
