What comes to mind when I think of a chilly winter morning

This was inspired by the feeling of a cold winter night

Based on the bright blues and yellows of a winter sunrise.

We had a fake fireplace when I was a child. I always loved to watch it reflect with the tinsel and greenery on the tree we put up right next to it.

I've been thinking about camellias a lot lately. Eventually I want to get one of the neat striped cultivars. There's quite a few of them. Lavinia Maggi and La Peppermint come to mind. Some have more of a white background while others have a pink background with darker stripes. And sometimes they'll put out odd colored blooms that are more of one color or the other since the genes that do this are sorta unstable.

Inspired by the Bohemian Waxwing! It's a globally distributed northern passerine bird, and I see them around my house sometimes! They are super cute and plush looking, and honestly I want to hold one so bad haha. I've only every seen them around my house in winter, so they definitely make me think of wintertime!

I started thinking of christmas carols, silver and gold sung by burl ives (sam the snow man in rudolph the red nosed reindeer). Then I thought about baked goods which come with the winter season and the holidays. So a silver and gold, baked goodie griffi!
