I really like this list so far.

For the HQ:
* Member Pet and Item Shops list via text link. Updated every 2-3 months.
* Bulletin Board split between current events & upcoming events

I agree that some people can fit under multiple titles. However, with the system I had in mind, people would get to choose their own rank (save for the Underboss and Boss). Say I wanted to help loan money to members, answer questions, helps newbies... Than I'd join the Consigliere rank.

Again they aren't definite and can always be edited and more ranks could be added. I was just trying to generalize.


I'm not a big fan of ranks by sonority. An older member could want a lower rank.

If you can choose rather than be assigned, then looks good to me! c:
I was worried that someone would get stuck somewhere they wouldn't want to be.

(For ranking based on time in the guild, I was just thinking you unlock the option to level up to the next rank, You don't have to of course.)

Made your titles listed on the other page a bit more concise. I took out Enforcer since it seemed like it could get into hot water fast.

The Boss
The head of the guild, this person is the leader/creator.

The Underboss
The Underbosses, appointed by the Boss, are the second in command and thus lead when The Boss is not around. Help supervise the guild.

Consigliere
The Consiglieres are the support for the guild. The Consiglieres help: loan money to members, work with affiliates, recruit new members, and help with raffle and event prize. They dabble in a little bit of everything to make the guild run smoothly.

Capo
Capos are the creative people in the guild. They are in charge of creating games, art, and competitions.

Soldier
Soilders are the every day members. They participate in Mafia events, help other members, come up with future ideas, donate if they want, whatever else you can think of!

Affiliate
Affiliates are a person/guild that is officially attached to ours. Although they are not a part of our guild, they are an ally.

All of these ideas are great! I got a few more so, yeah.

Events

Weekly raffles (If we have anything for the raffle, lol.)

Guild games and comps (Maybe an art comp, etc. For games, Pick A Door?)

Shops, etc

Mafia shop (All Sylestians can buy stuff, but Mafia members get discounts maybe?)

Item trading (So Sylestians can get stuff they want and trade things others want.)

Other

Group bulletin board maybe? (Others have suggested this)

Ranks & titles (Sounds like a good idea)


And that's about it for my suggestions.

P.S: There should be a title called 'Elite Goofy Goober' XD (Or something along those lines)

Oh, one thing I forgot to mention in the survey was the idea of badges! I think it would be cool if instead of just rank points, there were also some tasks or contests where you could earn a collectible badge icon. Kind of like scouts or something :D

Adding onto ColonelHazard's badge idea, certain ranks needs certain badges to rank up or something like that? Maybe?

Examples:

Helpful Sylestian Badge (Help a Sylestian on the forums, general chat, etc.)

Hatchery Helper Badge (Nurture 10-20 eggs/hatchlings.)

Stuff like that.

I wanted to have it anonymous. :)

I set it so responders can edit their responses, though I'm not sure how Google Drive handles that (like if respondents are only allowed to edit their own responses and no one else's).

Either way, I'll look at only the suggestions and wouldn't want to match a name to em. ^^
