They do announce before but they don't anymore. Suspense is good if there's a certain date that they will announce the winners. Coz if they don't were like fools waiting for nothing, wondering if we got picked or not.

If someone's design is chosen for a theme, the choice of 2 vis egg is always given out towards the end of a festival. Also, I think they'd rather not announce "winners" because it's not supposed to be viewed as a contest. This should be viewed more of us just helping out.

This is a contest. There's prize for who will win so this is a contest. And this thread is posted under the Contest Forum so this definitely is a contest. And in a contest I think it's just proper to inform us that someone already won so the others won't look like fools, waiting for nothing.
