My inspiration was the Wild Flowers that Grow in and around My Yard. The only seem to bloom in late summer so i thought designing a pet after them would be a perfect choice.

I like to go swimming in the summer, and swimming in the reefs, you might see a brightly colored lionfish, so that is my inspiration. I'm not sure if the image will show, if it doesn't, copy and paste should work. If i do so happen to win this competition, I would like a male please.

I've always loved how the Spanish moss down in the South looks as it hangs from the branches of oak trees. So this is my Spanish Moss Lighira.

Every year in my town, there is a pyromusical Festival called "Osisko en lumire" (Osisko in Lights) combining concerts and fireworks. Here's a picture of one of this year's fireworks:



So my summer pet would be a water creature (because Osisko is a lake) in the colors of a nightsky illuminated by fireworks...
