Ryuu-
"Sure! I don't mind." He smiled actually happy that the animal would be inside. He loved animals, any kinds to be exact. They seemed to understand him almost as much as he did them. And with animals he wasn't alone.

~Ratna~

"Thanks" Ratna placed Mumu down on the table so she wouldn't have to go out in the rain with him, as fuzzy as she was she was still cold blooded.
As he had suspected Ratna found blue pacing frantically just outside, he seemed to be considering barging his way into the hut so seemed quite relieved to be taken inside. Shaking the water from his feathers, blue settled on a bed of hay and began preening his glossy black feathers.

Ratna returned to the table to find Mumu had made her way over to Ryuu and was attempting to find a way to climb him. Ratna chuckled as he sat down again, "I think she likes you."

Ryuu-
"She certainly is beautiful." He said petting the snake like animal lightly. Oma was on her way over to Blue in an attempt to get him to cuddle up with her. After all he was a source of heat.

~Ratna~

Blue cocked his head to the side and prodded at the pigmy puma with his beak before nudging her towards him and cuddling up to them as if they were a chick. Meanwhile Mumu scented Ryuu's hand with her tongue and, satisfied that he was up to her standards turned and crawled back to Ratna. "I'll eat whatever you have though, milk doesn't agree with me." Ratna said as he picked up Mumu and placed her around his neck where she happily curled loosely around his shoulders.

Ryuu-
"Well your in luck then, I really don't eat much that has dairy in it. It's hard to come by if you don't get it yourself." He said with a smile as he stood. To put it plainly Ryuu was a vegetarian. Animals were his friends, how could you eat friends? Hopefully this man would understand that. Oma on the other hand was happy to have been welcomed by the horse like animal. She purred as she licked its feathers.

~Ratna~

Ratna smiled as he watched Blue gentley groom Oma with his massive beak. "I figured as much but, its good just to make certain you know?"
Ratna said as he turned back to face Ryuu. The low warm light of the lanturn that sat in the centre of the table made Ryuu's sandy hair look almost fiery. He was definitely handsome Ratna had to hand him that. Despite living alone he obviously was able to take good care of himself, and it showed in his appearance. Not that Ratna wasn't so well cared for, he did the best he could for one who traveled so extensively. He was clean for the most part, save for his cloak which was dusty and worn from taking the brunt of harsh winds and the bleaching sun.

Ryuu-
"Tell me about it." The man chuckled as he said this. The only thing on his mind at the moment was that with the rain the traps that were normally set would be harder to get to. He sure hoped no animal had found their way into them, now they would be trapped and wet. He would have to go check after they ate. "I do hope that a wild green salad will do alright. Here only Oma eats meat and that is she catches it herself."

~Ratna~

"No problem at all, I don't get meat all to often anyways. I usually only manage a small rodent or lizard on occasion, and those usually go to Mumu here." he said as he stroked the rat-snake's plush fur.

Ryuu-
Despite this being said it still made him feel a bit bad. Meat or any protein was needed for a human to properly recover and such. Maybe some beans would help. With that he returned to the table with the bowls and presented them. He himself took to leaning on the counter rather than sitting. "Doesn't look like the rain in going to calm down any time soon."

~Ratna~

"I suppose we may just end up having to stay the night then." he said as he looked outside through the shacks single small window. "Don't worry about us too much, we can bed ourselves." just as he said this Mumu tucked her face into the crook of his neck behind a length of her own body and slowed her breathing slightly.
