As a cold nose touched his hand he jumped to the side, frightened. Upon seeing the dog like animal he calmed some. "Hey there." He said in a low voice, bending some before offering a hand to the animal. "You're not scared are you? Why don't you come with us? I'm sure someone back home will love to keep you."
