The Winter Festival hasn't begun yet. This is just the Advent Calendar. The first post pretty much sums up what the Advent Calendar. You just visit the page once a day, click the prize to claim it, and that's it. At midnight, a new prize opens up.

Should be fixed. It was an issue for players Lvl 61+.

If you were Lvl 61+, the day has been reset for you and you can claim again.

Just asking but if we log in a day but don't claim a prize from the advent calendar could we still claim it the next day ?
