When I first saw the Ryori, I thought of ghosts and spirits, which led me into thinking about Halloween. Nighttime is the time for trick or treating, and scaring with ghosts and spirits. This gave me the inspiration for this Ryori.

This one's based on the seasonal changes of autumn! She shows Shock runes, Nebula, and Fox fire.
Since the fog appears to be flowing off the Ryori, I made it green to represent how leaves shed their green color in exchange for hues of orange, red, yellow, and brown, which were used for the the main body. The blue ties into clear skies and crisp autumn days (as well as the cold shift in temperature from plus twenty to below zero - yikes).

Fall comes, bringing with it chilled weather, and dropping immune systems. This is when the creature rises, spreading with it plague and pestilence. The Blood Infection, a nasty virus granted the form of a living creature that runs with the autumn leaves, hiding itself in the blinding color change of trees, waiting to corrupt more healthy souls; for when a creature, human or sylestie, dies of its disease it devours their souls whole.

One of my favorite things about fall-time is that it's the prime time to find apple cider products all over the place for cheaper than usual! Yum! So my Ryori is based on apples, apple cider, and candy/caramel apples!

The base color is a nice shade of red, as most associate with apples, the brown areas represent the cider/caramel. Nebula provides a pleasing shine/speckling common to red apples such as red delicious. The beads/fire are colored after not-so-sweet green apples, such as granny smiths.
I might come back to tweak the colors of the beads and their fire, I'm not sure yet

One of the things I love about Fall - all the colours from green to yellow and red and purple, with first chill and fog... (And an awesome new species! :) )

I'm basing it on the stories of some weird kind of creature appearing in the mist and then disappearing again. They give off such a haunted feeling. The 'it looked like a cat/dog, but it wasn't' type of stories. Ghostly apparition.

Based off of ghosts and ghouls. But this isn't an evil ghost, she is a trickster, prone to playing pranks on trick-or-treaters.
