"Dust stalker's weak points are its eyes, fins, and underarms, also beneath the chin, like the throat area" Oriah warned you. "I can pierce its scales, but it has a high acidic fluid under there, so it might be dangerous for everyone if I spill it" Oriah said, one of the quakes combined with the roar blowing away two of her fanblades, which she chased after.
"It'll likely punch you with its claws or bash you with its head, be careful of the charge!" Oriah shouted quickly, pulling a stink bomb from her cloak and tossing it at the pathway the civilians were running, discouraging the creature from going that way.
The Dust stalker picked up its hind legs as you ducked under, smashing them to the ground, then sweeping its tail behind it roughly, the spikes tearing up the ground under it. The creature let out another roar, leaping on top of a crumbling building.
A quieter scream was heard as Oriah got pinned under some rubble, trying to get some of the younger children out of danger. "Just run, I'll be fine!" She urged the kids as they ran off. The rubble looked like enough to crush someone of normal living circumstances, but Oriah was still struggling to stand, the crumbling buildings in her arms and panting harshly.
The monster, now on top of a building, glared down, looking between you and Oriah and roaring again, its tail lashed behind it from side to side. |

The monster, now on top of a building, glared down, looking between you and Oriah and roaring again, its tail lashed behind it from side to side.
She gritted her teeth and started at it. To kill a creature.. no, it was wrong.. against the rules of the herd, unless they had no peace with the natural food chain. but.. this dust stalker could just be lost of scared rather than hunting. She knew if he helped Oriah, she would just draw attention to her and get the both of them injured.
Standing back from the situation, she stared in it's eyes before tearing her sight away, running along the side of the crumbled building it was on, looking up at it. She had to find the easiest way up the building so she could do it in swift consecutive jumps. She knew were she was aiming, but she remained on high alert. Not getting injured was her first priority, if she could get close after that it would be useful. If not, it would become a game of cat and mouse.
It's strongest point was it's head, so it would seem unfair to be sneaky and not face in head on, not as if it would let her out of it's sight. She questioned how it could here with no interruption, no fear at all.. how strange. Almost planted. Could someone be targeting the Prince? Then that was her focus if so. |

"Dust stalkers are attracted to bright lights... it'll be hard in the daytime, but a red light or lantern might work" Oriah grunted. "Their main prey has a red light on them to- *Huff* -see in the dark and attract bugs -*huff*" Oriah took in a deep breath, twirling around and in one swift moment, the rock she was holding broke into smaller bits that fell around her. "Where did my fanblades go?" Oriah shouted, picking up the 6 she could find as you distracted the monster
"Take this! it'll attract it, so run fast!" Oriah shouted, reaching into the neck trim of her robe and pulling out a glowing red orb and throwing it towards you. "Run fast! Don't worry, you'll be fine!" Oriah yelled, closing her eyes and inhaling briefly, then dashing over to another one of her fanblades.
"Dust stalkers aren't exactly uncommon in this area, it's probable that some lanterns from the cities attracted one over. However, it's totally possible that someone lured it here as an attack" Oriah warned, the dusk stalker instantly perking up at the sight of the glowing red orb and roaring. |

You head over to the food district, many people from all around the world are trying delicious local food, and some local people eating foreign food. Theres different types of meat stands, like meat and fish chunks roasted on sticks, and just plain slabs of meat, and theres also leads of frights and vegetables lined up, ripe and from around the world. |

The vendor greets you with a bright smile *Hello there young man! Care to purchase one of these fantastically delicious meat sticks? The meat comes from various beasts on the volcanic deadlands of Gemora, so they have an extra kick to them!* The vendor tells you *only one coin!* he tells you the price |
