Fawnpaw nodded and padded out of the den. The herb she asked for was near the border, so she made her way to it.

When she got there she saw a firmilliar massive figure on the other side. It was Hollowbird, one of the kindest cats in the forest. She smiled the shecat's way and plucked the horsetail from the grass before padding closer to the border.

Shadow, who for some reason was stalking the border (long story, dont ask) watched from up in a nearby tree.

"Hello, my dear, how are you?" , Hollowbird yowled so she could be heard over the rushing river below.

"I am doing fine, Hollowbird. Why is it that you are this close to the border today?" , Fawn yowled back.

"I should be asking you that, but I'm searching for my mousebrained brother."

" Well, ", Fawnpaw responded. "I am searching for more herbs, good luck, Hollowbird." . The massive shecat nodded before padding back into the mist. Fawnpaw giggled to herself and carried on with gathering herbs.

Shadow just kept watch on her. Justin case. Badgers seemed attracter around. This time...

Hollowbird stalked the border watching Fawnpaw, She has something was up.

Fawnpaw came up to a juniper bush and plucked berries from it. A badger growled coming from a nearby burrow. She yelped, ducking away from one of its massive paws. She hissed leaping out of range.

Hollowbird yowled, crossing the border. She seemed to fly over the grass, as she came to Fawnpaw's aid. The massive shecat slid under the badger, claws unsheathed, clawing its belly. The badger growled, tossing a blow to Hollowbird's hip. Making her fall, but she scrambled to her paws and blocked its path to Fawnpaw.

Dovepaw limped forward, and decided to visit the medicine den, and thank Bearpaw for coming to her aid.

Never more heard another yowl, and raced towards it. He rammed right into the badger flinging it onto its back. "Back off." he growled, and raised his claws and bared his teeth threateningly.

Hollowbird leapt into the badger's stomach, biting at its belly. It roared, flinging Hollowbird off and lumbering away, back where it came from. The massive shecat had a gash on her side but it wasn't deep. She turned to Fawnpaw and nudged her. "Are you okay, my dear?" , She asked, cleaning blood from her cheek.

"Yes." , She said, kind of yelling.

Shadow darted down, hissing at the badger. "Leave.." he hissed, claws out. "Find soemoneyour own size to attack." He swiped at the badger.

Hollowbird stood in front of the smaller tom. "Quiet, we don't want more trouble." , She said, turning back to where the badger lumbered off to. Fawnpaw padded up to Shadow. "Thankyou for your efforts, though!" , She said, in a normal voice for once.
