I love the texture detail and work that's been put into them and I'm super excited to see them revamped!
Two things I'm a little worried about though 1-the female body is mostly hidden so won't the genes be hard to see? 2-I do wish the faces looked a bit more fierce, especially the female one (maybe something about the eye shape and the face floof?) I not sure, it just makes me think derp more than fierce the way it is currently, and I love the fierce aspect of Nytekries the best.

They look super cool!
But they seem too cuddly and not very fierce, maybe having angular eyes/head shape would help? They also have very defined feathers on the wings which make them look odd compared to the body. The tail have a weird pinecone thing going on in the middle that looks a little odd lol xD. And finally the poor things don't look like they could be supported by their noodly back legs! ( Add fluff? )

I have a few (hopefully constructive) things and absolutely no offense intended:


- The texture is nice but maybe a bit too fluffy and cutesy on the breasts and face/cheeks for such a fearsome predator?

- The female wings cover almost the entire body, it might be nice to reposition these so that body genes are visible rather than wasted if they can't be seen?

- The faces are extremely cute-looking, I can't describe it well but they look like they have extremely weak chins... like when you tuck your chin into your neck to make a double chin (especially the female). Weak chins look... well... weak. A strong, long, sharp, angular, outstretched jaw/beak line would maybe look more fearsome?

I do like them, but I agree with other people that the faces do look to cute? I think it might be the eyes, they look to nice. I also think the females wings are covering a bit to much of her body. They did in the old art to but, her wings were...smaller, so it wasn't as much of a problem.

Edit: After looking back at sketch 3.0 I realized that the back legs had shrunk, again. Even though the detailing is nice, I miss some of the furry/fluffy? elements that were in the last sketch and in the current nytes as well. I actually like the 3.0 sketch more that the colored final we have here.

I love the new nytes and the wings are gorgeous . I agree with previous comments about the face being smallish?.. or cute.. the beak is somewhat hard to see with the fluffy cheeks

Love them. The female though looks stiff compared to the male though. I'd suggest repositioning the arm closer to the ground, like the female we have now, perhaps completely on the ground with the other claw. Also elongating the beaks. Their faces look too squished to me.
