After things get started I expect a lot of the neutrals to shift to one side or another.

You may, I have one last slot open for a neutral or Shinha PD aligned character.
I'm ideally looking for a character to join the PD, but since I've had a few people step up already to say they'll probably have their characters join it once we started, you are free to make what you want. ^^

I can do the PD, is their like a particular character trait that's missing, because I have a bunch of oc's and I'm not sure which one to throw in xD

She's usually bubbly and happy. She enjoys playing practical jokes and having fun. However, she is very headstrong. Once she decides to do something, no matter how dumb it is, her mind is stuck on a one way path to achieve it. In addition, she is very competitive and protective so if chooses to like someone and anyone threatens them, she turns dark.
Under her usual bubbly and happy personality runs a darker streak. Sometimes, she'll draw to herself whenever she's brooding. She's quite self deprecating and often runs risks to try to convince herself she can do it. Also never generalize her as just another girl because she will hunt you and kill you (well maybe).

Her Marked skill is she as able to mimic noises (voices and like sounds). However if she doesn't concentrate she sometimes accidentally uses it. However, she has to have heard the noise before she can mimic it.
(By the way, she hates using the superpower so you aren't going to see her using it unless she's really desperate)
She's a pretty good shot with a pistol and pretty good at staying cool headed under pressure. However she enjoys martial arts and was trained in it before.
Equipment:
The usual uniform and pistol, she also carries two pens (because you never know when you need writing equipment), and paperclips
Oh she also always where's a black bracelet with a skull charm.
And glasses, she's legally blind without them (and she hates contacts so...)
