Oooooo climate (I'll be talking less about climate and more about environment)
Well, most of the beginning takes place underwater in the colder, darker regions.
The Abyssals escaped the surface water, but they still have to adapt to the pressure and environment before moving lower. They did, however, ensure that the sun cannot reach their community bases. The hope here is: if it took the Abyssals 5 generations to become completely independent from the sun, the Corals wouldn't dare come this far down.
The climate itself is cold, cold, cold, with powerful currents that make travel and hunting easier (but also pose threats, helping possible invaders and predators that hunt near these currents)
The inhabitants developed shorter builds, darker or lighter scales and skin, slit pupils, stronger circulatory systems and the skills of ambush hunters, and pack hunters (there really was no way to survive down there all alone for a single demon)
Also, since they did originally live in warm, colorful places, all Abyssals have a love/fascination for/with anything that can glow. Dragonfish, anglerfish, glowing anemones, jellyfish, plankton that creates star-like clusters when they migrate, anything like this makes them feel the same way petting an animal makes a human feel.
This is true for all sea demons, but the Abyssals appreciate it more now that they're isolated from the colorful reefs and the dazzling surface events (like sunsets and stars)

so sorry for the delay, but this is really well thought out! i love how the abyssals are better adapted to their new home both physically and mentally. i see a lot of physical adeptations, most of which are pretty well thought outl, and it's very nice to see someone thinking about the social side of such a change!

I like how you included subtle details like how they're fascinated by things that glow. I think that's a cool way to show how their fascination relates to the sunlight which they can no longer see. Really cool!

World Building Prompt:
Temperature can range from 32C to -10C in the many Districts. The warmest part of Okeanos can be 40C, while the coldest can be -30C. The surrounding Dento Beach can be 10-20C. This means the Deepest Part of Okeanos can be -30C, meaning the Cure for Nerogelic (Ochrophyta Kelpus) is extremely hard to get. For species that prefer hot climates, like Lighira, they would have to risk their lives to cure another.

A Murderer in Daylight
For years Frosty and Daydream have watched Eclipse from the shadows. Only they knew what she would become.

Eclipse was always the center of attention in the Lupora District of Okeanos. But Frosty and Daydream never knew why she was special. Maybe because she escaped Prison and had Grigoranero. Even if she was special... she wouldn't be safe from diseases and illnesses...

"What's with this Eclipse?" Frosty asked one day, while they were in the Bar (no 18+ stuff).
"I have no clue." Daydream replied. "She escaped Prison of somethin-"
"Hey Eclipse!"
Daydream got interrupted.
"Is it true?"
"Is it?"
"Are you part of the Zoupli Family?"
"Yes." Eclipse replied. "I am."
"So she's part of the Zoupli Family..." Frosty whispered.
"Indeed she is." Daydream whispered back. "Should we head to the Library? Maybe they have Zoupli Family Infomation."
"Sure."
"There's barely anything useful!" Daydream said.
"Strange." Frosty said. "The Library should have everything!"
Frosty sighed, continuing looking though the books. Most of them were stories. If not stories, infomation about other Worlds. Frosty looked though each book, one by one. He couldn't find anything.
Frosty and Daydream looked though each Shelf of the Library. Suddenly, the Librarian came over.
"Do you two need anything?"
Frosty and Daydream were surprised. Nobody came up to them, and asked if they need anything, or help, for the matter. They were Orphans, nobody cared about them. They never got noticed, ever.
"Do you two need anything?" she repeated.
"No?" they replied at the same time.
"You sure?" she asked. "You too have been searching the entire Library. I'm here if you need me."
This was certainly strange to the both of them. Back when they were in BlitzClan and FadeClan (in another world), they were looked down on. They were considered useless, since their Parents died.
"Ummm...." Daydream muttered.
"Just tell me." she insisted.
"We want to know about the Zoupli Family." Frosty said.
She froze. Did they do something wrong?
"Oh.." she said.
"Did we do something wrong?" Frosty asked.
"No." the Librarian said. "That's a very... interesting... topic..."
"So do you have the book?" Frosty asked.
"No." the Librarian said. "I'll get asap. Come back next week."
6 Days until they get the Book
"-little lies..."
It's the next day, and Frosty is sitting in the Bar, like usual, listening to the Music produced from the Jukebox. Today was off, but he couldn't tell. The Bartender was handing out drinks like usual but...
"ATTENTION EVERYONE!"
Frosty was surprised. The Bartender was making an Announcement. Strange.
"The Sales of Drinks will increase, due to the temperature slightly being Colder!"
Huh?! Frosty didn't even have a job! How would he afford drinks?! He would collect Seaweed Once in a While, but-
"-this means more spots MUST be filled to keep up with the demand!"
"The price of drinks will increase by 5%!"
Frosty wasn't really listening. He threw this Glass Cup and began to leave. He and Daydream didn't even have a home! How would they even feed themselves?
"Hey!" someone yelled. "What was that for?"
"THE Eclipse is going to come! Do you want to kill her?" another yelled.
"What is wrong with you?"
"Do you have no soul?"
"Are you insane?"
"He's crazy!"
Angry Lupora voices were coming from every direction.
"If you can't behave, leave." the Bartender growled.
Behave? What was he talking about?
"Fine." Frosty said. "I'll 'leave'."
"How was it?" Daydream asked. She had been picking Seaweed the entire Day.
"Terrible." Frosty replied. "I'm banned from the Bar. The price of drinks have been raised too."
1AM
Frosty and Daydream are in the same Dream. But this dream is different...
"Is that Glory Wing?" Daydream asked herself.
Frosty attempts to walk, but he can't. They are witnessing an event!
They watch while Eclipse-
"This is the same Vision.." Frosty said.
"But how?..." Daydream asked. "We saw this years ago....
A strange figure comes out to them.
Frosty decided to get a Job, since he and Daydream didn't even have a home, and lived in a Cave near the Lupora District. He arrived a Shouea, the place where Seaweed is farmed, to make drinks and things. He arrived at around 5am, with only another Lupora.
His name was Emo. He was depressed most of the time, but it's usually normal. He was a older Lupora, but he does what he needs to do to put food on the table.
At around 7am, their boss arrived. He was cruel.
"You two!" he growled. "Get picking!"
It was stressful. Frosty was upset. But he remembered that Daydream was creating songs. That's what she wanted. Hopefully it was good. Songs make alot of money.
11PM
A window shatters, and blood spills. The murder quickly finishes Glory Wing, and killing her daughter, Brave Spirit, leaving shortly after.
4 Days until they get the Book
"I'm sorry guys. This is extremely sad news."
Frosty and Daydream arrive at the Center of the Lupora District.
"Glory Wing and Brave Spirit have been found dead. Glory Wing have been sliced by the neck, while Brave Spirit have been hit on her head. This is depressing. Glory Wing helped us all."
Helped? Daydream thought. She never talked to us!
"There have been no witnesses." the Doctor said. "And no DNA or Pawprints."
"This means we must tell if Suspects are lying or not." Ocean Flower said.
"The suspects are: Eclipse, Blossoming, Ying, Wind Runner, Nightmare, Blizzard," the Detective started.
"Intresing..." Frosty whispered.
"They are all famous..." Daydream whispered back.
"Sakura, sadly Fiery Flower-" the Detective continued.
Sadly Fiery Flower? Is he her sister? Daydream thought.
"-and unsurprisingly, Frosty and Daydream." the Detective finished.
"This will be a Public Trial." Ocean Flower said. "I'm sorry, my brother, you didn't like Glory Wing, so your a suspect."
"Why are we a suspect?" Frosty growled.
"Because." Eclipse sneered. "You two clearly have no respect for anyone. Why don't you go back to your parents? Oh right, you don't have any."
The crowd laughed and growled.
"SILENCE!" Ocean Flower growled. "The trial will begin. Suspect, please tell us where you were and what you were doing."
"I was obviously with my ShadowClan, my Home Clan." Eclipse quickly said.
"I was with Fiery Flower." Blossoming said.
"This is true." Fiery Flower said. "We were on Denton Beach."
"I was sleeping." Ying said.
"I was at the Peak of Dangoi." Wind Runner said.
"I was with ShadowClan, but not with Eclipse." Nightmare said.
"I was with BlitzClan." Blizzard said.
"I was taking a nap."
"Alright." the detective noted. "And you, Frosty and Daydream?"
"What time was it?" Frosty asked.
"Oooooooooh!"
"Interesting!"
"He's clearly a murder!"
"He didn't know the time!"
"Noted." the Detective said. "And you, Daydream?"
"Last night, I was writing." Daydream said.
"Writing what?" Fiery Flower asked. "A murder plot?"
"Even if I was, it was moonhigh. Pretty sure Glory Wing died before moonhigh."
"This is true, Fiery Flower." the Doctor said. "Glory Wing and Brave Spirit died before moonhigh."
"What do you think, Ocean Flower?" the Detective asked.
"We will ask others, to see if it was true." Ocean Flower said.
"Wait-" Frosty started.
"I'm sorry, Frosty." the Detective said. "You were unable to provide any information."
"You asked what time it was." Ocean Flower said. "That is suspicious."
"Frosty." Ocean Flower said. "Where were you yesterday?"
"When?" Frosty asked. "I need to know the time!"
"Before moonhigh." the Detective growled.
"Looking at the Stars, hoping for a Good Day."
"That is ridiculous!" the Detective laughed.
"Now now, Edgar," the Doctor said. "Each Clan has their own traditions."
"You'll stay here tonight." the Detective said. "Another trial will be held tomorrow."
"This can't be true, Daydream."
"I know, Nightmare." Daydream said. "Frosty got convicted of murder."
"I swear I didn't see Eclipse last night." Nightmare said.
"I believe you." Daydream said. "Can I ask you something?"
"Sure." Nightmare said, while eating her Breakfast.
"Do you know about the Zoupli Family?"
Nightmare froze. "The what?"
"The Zoupli Family." Daydream repeated.
"Oh...."
"What is it?" Daydream asked.
"Nothing."
10AM - Trial
"Lups who are old enough to walk, meet by the Center of L'District!"
"This is the time you say Eclipse isn't part of ShadowClan!" Daydream silently insisted.
"I know." Nightmare whispered.
"Alright, does anyone have any clues?" Edgar asked.
"I do." Eclipse, Fiery Flower and Nightmare said at the same time.
"Alright, Eclipse, let's start with you."
"Clearly, it's either Nightmare or Frosty and Daydream." Eclipse said.
"And why?" Ocean Flower asked.
"I did not see Nightmare with any ShadowClan Wolf. He's clearly lying!"
"I WAS with a ShadowClan Wolf!" Nightmare growled.
"Alright, you can argue after Fiery Flower says his clue." Edgar said.
"It's not Frosty or Daydream." he said.
The crowd was shocked!

"Frosty was picking Seaweed from Dawn to Dusk." Fiery Flower said. "He wouldn't have the time or energy to commit a terrible murder! Ask Summertime."
"Is this true?" an Officer asked.
"Yes." Summertime said.
"Alright Eclipse, Nighttime, what do you have to say?" Edgar asked.
"Eclipse is part of the Zoupli Family." Nightmare said. "The only free member of the Zoupli Family."
"Of course I'm free!" Eclipse said. "Why would I sit in Prison for no reason?"
"Because your a bad Lupora!" Nightmare growled. "Your NOT part of ShadowClan! You were part of ZoupliClan, before they were disbanned and became the Zoupli Family!"
"Noted." an Officer said.
"Your not part of ShadowClan then," Eclipse said. "I never saw you!"
"You didn't see me because your murdered Glory Wing and Brave Spirit!"
3 Days until they get the Book
Moonhigh (12AM)
Nightmare was sitting on a Roof, determined to prove that Eclipse is the Murder.
This Night was stranger than usual. Nightmare heard pawsteps behind him!
"Daydream..."
"Are you alright, Wind Runner?" Daydream asked.
"I am." Wind Runner said. "Don't listen the voice during Moonhigh."
"What voice?" Daydream asked.
"I don't know." Wind Runner replied. "I was sent that message."
"Oh." Daydream said.
"About the Zoupli Family, what do you know about it?" Wind Runner asked.
"They are popular." Daydream said.
"For the wrong reason." Wind Runner added.
"Huh?" Daydream asked. "How?"
Wind Runner hands Daydream a note and leaves.
Frosty decides to head to the surface. When he swims up, he sees something shocking! Wind Runner was heading to Blitz Mountain! I used to live there. Frosty thought. Maybe not. Maybe I have bad memory. Frosty haven't went to the surface in a while! He attempts to spread his wings, but they fail. Frosty never learned how to spread his wings, and fly...
Maybe Wings were made to intimate an enemy... Frosty thought.
Frosty got sidetracked! He has no clue where Wind Runner was! He attempts to follow his pawprints, but got lost at the foot of the Mountains. Guess I'll follow him another day.. Frosty thought. I never got my Hunter Name... Daydream didn't get hers either...
Frosty decides to attempt to climb Blitz Mountain anyway. He was born here, at least he thinks he was. He slowly climbs the Mountain. It wasn't cold. He continues to climb, until he reaches a bunch of rocks. He hops onto them, one by one, until he reached the last one. One more hop, and hopefully, he would see Wind Runner.
2 Days until they get the Book
Moonhigh (12AM)
Frosty hears Howling. They must be BlitzClan! He thinks he remembers every moonhigh, they would Howl for a Good Day. He follows the howling, and see's something shocking!
He sees a wolf, that looks like him, but older and stronger!
Frosty assumes that he is the Alpha, since he's on what he thinks is Blizzard Cliff. Below him, is the Female Beta. Suddenly, an To-be Wolf notices him! The Hunters are look towards his direction. He runs, but is cornered on Avalanche Cliff.
The Wolves growl at him, and shows signs of aggression. They are willing to kill him!
Frosty stays still, trying to not look scared. He did an dangerous move. He leaped off the cliff, hoping to spread his wings.
5AM (Dawn)
Daydream sits on Denton Beach, watching the sunrise. It's been a long time since she experienced the breeze. She still remembers the scars she has. The time where she was hated. She still is. Final Dawn. she sadly thought. I won't win. I was abandoned for this reason.
7AM
Daydream and Fiery Flower wait for Nightmare and Frosty.
"This is it." Fiery Flower said. "I'm sorry."
"It's fine." Daydream said, holding back the tears. "We were abandoned for a reason."
"Abandoned?" Fiery Flower asked.
Daydream nodded.
"Your not." Fiery Flower said. "You came to this world for a reason. Your life isn't a film. Don't end it. You must find out why you came into this world."
Yea yea, Daydream thought. Some popular Lup... Daydream shook her head.
"I'm serious." Fiery Flower said. "Ocean Flower and I, we don't have a Clan. We grew up by ourselves. We were abandoned. Then we became Guardians of Fire and Water."
Daydream looked away.
"I'm leaving tomorrow. I want to help you."
"Alright." Daydream said. Then she left.
"Fiery Flower. Your leaving?" Nightmare asked.
"Yes." Fiery Flower replied. "What happened to you?"
"Oh, nothing." Nightmare replied. "Just fell of a roof."
6PM
Frosty sits on a rock on Denton Shore, looking at Blitz Mountain. He remember last night, he jumped off the highest cliff ever. He was willing to fly, or die. He couldn't spread his wings. He instead, fell and hit his face, damaging his wings, and loses an eye. He could barely walk, but he manged to get to Denton Beach. He sadly looks at Okeanos, if he can see it. He won't be able to return, since he won't have enough energy. He sleeps early, hoping for energy from the Gods.
11PM
Daydream tries to remember the dreams. For years, her Visions have told her the life of Eclipse. She knew she was a murderer. She thought it was Nightmares, but no. It was a Vision, a warning. A Murderer that lurks in Daylight. Eclipse. Daydream remember the first one, drowning in the Lake. Her second one, freezing on the Mountain. Her third, burning in Sunlight. She suddenly had a realization. Her Visions were telling her murders that was about to happen! Thunderbolts, Drowning, Burning....
1 Day until they get the Book
1AM - Dream
Daydream opens her eyes, but she realizes, she has another Vision! She looks around, and sees Frosty with her. They were experiencing the same Visions and Dreams! She looks as Eclipse enters her room, while she's sleeping. She can't tell what time it is, but it's nighttime! She tries to attack herself to make her wake up, but it fails. She can only watch, waiting for her death...
3AM - Waking World
Daydream manages to wake up, after some time. She realizes she's bleeding, since there's blood on the floor. She sees Eclipse in the corner, watching her. She doesn't look scared, but she is weak. Eclipse has blood in her mouth, guess she bit her, hard.
"Ready to say goodbye?" Eclipse sneered. "I'll make sure it's Bloody as possible."
"No." Daydream replied, attacking Eclipse. She scratched her, then left.
Before she left, Daydream heard Eclipse say "I'm a Murderer. Tehee."
9AM - District Center
"It appears we have another clue." Ocean Flower said. "Eclip-"
"Ocean Flower!"
Nightmare sees Frosty, Daydream and Fiery Flower running up to the Guardian Statue (a statue to honor the Great Lupora Warrior). Frosty and Daydream looked injured, badly. What happened to them? Nightmare thought. Did they survive death?
"It's about time." Ocean Flower said. "We have enough proof that you two are Murderers."
"Are you sure about that?" Fiery Flower asked. "Our mother would NOT approve this! If we have one.."
"Yes." Ocean Flower sternly said.
"There's enough proof that Eclipse is the Murderer." Daydream said, slowly.
"Ocean Flower. Earlier, we noticed that there was Eclipse's scent and Daydream's Blood in Frosty's Cave." Edgar said. "Sasha took a sniff and look, and realized it was very obvious Eclipse attacked first."
"This is true." Sasha (the Doctor) said. "Eclipse is the Murderer."
"I AM NOT!" Eclipse growled, and showed her claws, preparing to attack Daydream. Daydream leaped, biting Eclipse's neck. Eclipse knew Daydream was weaker, so she slashed her face, causing Daydream to be blind in one eye. Daydream fought back, biting Eclipse's left hind leg aggressively. Eclipse attempted to escape, but Frosty and Wind Runner caught her.
"So Fiery Flower, where are you going?" Wind Runner asked.
"A secret place." Fiery Flower said. "Oh, that Lupora Pup. Are you intrested in adopting him, Daydream? His name is Watermelon."
"Sure." Daydream replied. "I plan on bringing him to FadeClan."
"Oh, Daydream."
"What is it, Wind Runner?" Daydream asked.
"FadeClan joined BlitzClan, since the Alpha and Beta died." Wind Runner said.
"Oh." Daydream said.
"I guess this is where we split Paths. At least we will all be in L'ykos." Frosty said.
"Goodbye, Fiery Flower. Hope you have fun in ShadowClan, Nightmare. Oh, about that book, Daydream?"
"Frosty, we don't plan on ever returning, don't we?" Daydream said.
"Right." he said.
"Frosty, I would like to give you your Hunter Name. Blizzard asked me to." Wind Runner said.
"Alright." Frosty said.
"Frosty, do you promise to protect BlitzClan and the Wandering Stars with your life?"
"I do." Frosty said.
"You promise. Alright Frosty, from now on, you will be Frost Heart." Wind Runner said.
"Congrats, Frosty. I mean, Frost Heart." Daydream said. "Watermelon and I will live alone."
"May the Wanderers protect your Destinies." Frost Heart said. "Goodbye.
