ivyfrost heard the distant screeching
''wolfkit...get in the tree and don't get out I mean it'' she picked up wolfkit and put her in the highest burrow
she ran to the hills and saw the rats biting and kicking in a pile she jumped in the pile and helped get the rats off the cat

Wolfkit hide in fear no longer the brave kit he once was.

Deerstar looked over her clan and then looked at her stomach. She hope that she was having kits but deep down she knew she was whether she liked it or not. She looked at the clan that had been left weak and battered. They would bend to Tigerstar's will to save their lives

ivfrost stoped fighting the crats as she watched the cat run
she came back to wolfkit ''wolfkit lets get off the territory and make a den for us to stay in'' she mewed and took wolfkit down

Wolfkit looked at Ivyfrost. "What about momma?" Wolfkit asked

''mom'' ivyfrost growled
''if she was truly your mother she would come save you with out waiting a moon'' she growled
''if she cared she would fight for her clan wolfkit but she ditched us''

"She.........." Wolfkit then shook his head. "I thought momma was your friend!"

''if she was a friend she would help me fight and be there to protect me''ivyfrost felt a tear roll down her face
''I killed my kits searching for you and were was deerstar at?'' she asked

Wolfkit sat down. "It's all because of me." Wolfkit growled tears streaming from his eyes. "I was acting brave now look where I got myself. I have hurt everyone."

ivyfrost purred
''it was never your fault little one now come on you look like your going to fall of your paws''

Wolfkit shook his head. He need his littermates. He then remembered they should be apprentices. Yet he would probably never be one.
