I have a couple of ideas for some Sylestis based off of figures in mythology.
I'm mostly thinking of Wendigo and Minotaur, along with Cerberus, Chimera, Hydra, and Orthrus.
Orthrus is basically the Cerberus, except it only has two heads. So perhaps when considering the two, the Cerberus could be a mutation rather than the species itself. Or you could make both mutations for existing canine species on Sylestia like Luporas.

tbh i think that the Morkko is as bear like as it gets also Bulbori is pretty much a crystal rabbit and i think the Lupora is pretty wolfy to me as well

I think a cockatrice like creature might be interesting! Maybe do one a bit cuter than what you see when you google it...

I would love to see one based off of a dolphin. Here are some possible mutation/gene ideas:
Restricted traits:
Sunset Wings
Neptune's crown
Neptune's waves: (Huge Waves rushing around the sylestia)
Neptune's Armor: (a set of armor based off of the sea)
