Noting Lowell's discomfort, Giselle was more than ready before the Empress decided to probe him. She gave him a smile and a nod.
"May as well before you fall asleep on yourself. Goodnight, your Majesty. And good luck. You will need it, haha."

She followed Lowell out of the throne room with a wave.

Outside of the throne room was quite a surprising figure. The Grand Duke himself. He cast a long glance at both the Marchioness and 'Duke', before walking inside for his audience with the Empress.

Ezael Edros
Es too was aimlessly wandering looking for a purpose. Except it was in the castle courtyard and it was a spiritual purpose. He was in meditation again, haunted by bad dreams, and attempting to commune with the Goddess on the matter if things he had overheard earlier.

(I'm not cheating. Because walking is a perfectly normal thing to do. Though fine. I'll let Lijian go and sit in a room reading something quietly XD)

Lishian slipped into a nearby room. Hed brought along an old text (that Nicote might strangle him for bringing but hey, he needed something to do) and settle din a cornor to read away his worries.

The sight of the man almost broke Lowell as he erupted into a snarl and tried to grip at the door with erupting claws that broke through the illusion of the amulet as his mind clouded with rage and a need for revenge.

Acting fast, Giselle pulled him away, covering his mouth with her hand, giving a sweet smile to the now heavily-confused guardsmen.
She held Lowell's hand in her own, softly rubbing the back of it as she started down the hall.
"Come on, big guy. Not yet. Whatever you want to do to him, just save it until tomorrow, okay?
I promise you we'll get through this, don't blow it now." She said softly to him, making sure to conceal his face from sight as they walked.

"Man looks like a real piece of work though, I felt that stare.

Gallagher was waiting at the end of the hall for them to finish with their audience. He could automatically tell something was up with Lowell.

Lowell had calmed some but he remained indignant, giving off a low growl as he approached Gallagher and his quarters again.
"I did not expect that low-bodied snake of a man to have the nerve to come here directly. He is very fortunate that it would be very hard to explain a blade through his skull in this palace." He said lowly and coldly.

"Lowe, deep breaths. Being angry now is not going to help solve this. I know I don't need to tell you this, but you need to hear it. You're letting that dumb demon of yours get the best of you again."

(Hm. Maybe I should name him after the person he was inspired from)

Gallagher watched them past, completely ignoring his not-so-threatening growl. Although, he did wonder who they were referring to. Not a lot of people came to mind.

Wondering if I should give the demon spirit a name too, intended for him not to have one since I figured he's just not be able to speak, but I kinda like the idea of him slipping words through Lowell's speech if he's angry, also gives Giselle a means to keep them both in line knowing its true name. Thinking Sairel or Valgar maybe)

She stopped him by the sleeve and pushed him into Gallagher's quarters.
She waved Gallagher inside afterwards.

Lowell was annoyed at being dragged like this and took a seat in a wooden chair, trying to compose himself. Even with the ward, he could still feel his anger compounded on itself and the claws of the demon on his mind.
He knew it would be difficult to remain in character tomorrow, but if he couldn't get it together now, he knew they would be throwing their only chance.

(So sorry guys, I'm on now for the next hour or two :p I was watching suff online by a fmaily friend talking to elementary kids-dont ask)

Lishian was in the room next door. Hed poked his ehs out to see the commotion but quickly date back inside. He didnt like getting involved in action. Ever. Though he did vaguely recognize one of the voices but couldnt pinpoint it for sure.
