Bruno scowled seeing the girl "first she curses us and now ahe skips around" he said and upset and angry "Bruno yelled a deep voice and the two turned to see a extremely angry Mexican man in his mid to late fifties who wore expensive looking clothing "you son of a ***** you didn't turn up" the man screamed at him and bruno went pail he missed his big important match "you're done " he yelled and punched bruno splitting his lip. Nayeli gasped and troed to run over but was held back by the mans bodyguards and watched helplessly as the man than punched him two more times breaking his nose and gave him a black eyes
" you're job done you'reout of my house collectyour stuff and leave by tomorrow" he snapped and kicked bruno to the floor and left. The bodyguards dropped Nayeli and they left with the man.

Nayeliran over to bruno who was on the floor in distress pulling him unto her arms "I'm so sorry im so sorry" she said. For messing with the candle Bruno had been cursed and lost the only thing he had left his career and was left with nothing but it wasn't his fault he was a victim

Bruno felt tears line up in his eyes and he nuzzled into Nayeli's neck crying he hadn't cried sinse his mother died when he was a child leaving him an orphan now he had no where to go

Nayeli pulled him closer " come on you can stay at my place until you figure things out out my home is your home" she said pulling him to his feet and slowly let him to her home quietly opening the door she looks around odd her father should have been home right now she placed him on the sofa watching as he curled up soon there was a knock at the door. Nayeli stood up her father muat have been late she opened the door but it wasn't her father instead it was two police officers " senorita Nayeli?" Asked the oldest a man near her father's age and Nayeli nodded " I'm afraid we bring bad news, you're father was killed and accident we are so sorry" said the younger one a man in his twenties they asked if she needed anything but she was in shock and shook her head and the police officer left after explaining a few things but Nayeli was in shock ahe didn't hear their words For messing with the candle Nayeli had been cursed and lost the only thing hlshe had left her family her father and was now left an orphan it wasn't la muerte who had cursed them she only brought them to the land of the living much like Bruno Nayeli was innocent and had been wrong cursed

Ximuerta watched from a roof and felt sorry for both Nayeli and Bruno. she thought maybe Bruno was right when he told her if she had just told them that the candle was hers none of this would have happened. Ximuerta's wings drooped "I'm a failure, Why did i think I'd be able to help them when I'm just a sixteen year old god and one the scares people without intentions to" she said.

Bruno arrived at hia former bosses house his hair was messy and unkempt from tossing and turning all night and sighed seeing his stuff on the sidewalk thankfully no one had stolen anything he quickly loaded everything into a cart dragged by Nayeli's neighbours Mule the neighbours felt bad for the duo so let them borrow Mule

Nayeli meanwhile was in the kitchen absentmindedly cooking tortillas a empty expression on her face the pervious/late night Nayeli took her father's belongings and moved all her items into her father's bedroom and let Bruno have her bedroom. Nayeli eyes and expression were empty and blank still in a sate of shock qnd distress from everything that happened

Bruno was sat on the balcony of Nayeli former bedroom staring at hid boxing punching bag he hadn't sleept at all last night and believed Nayeli was a simular case

Ximuerta left a basket of gifts on their doorstep and quickly returned to the land of the remembered for the big celebration. She thought of Nayeli and Bruno paying for an event that was never supposed to happen and sighed "I can't go back to see them, they'll think I'll make their lives worse and I don't blame them" she said to herself.

Bruno and Nayeli lives were not destroyed by Ximuerta's mother or the candle maker a happy and cheerful man both were the good guys so who changed their lives if not them.

Bruno walked down stairs and saw ngel scratching the door and opened it seeing the basket "huh?" He said and picked it up taking it inside placing it on the table and looked at Nayeli who was making tortilla sause "you order something?" He asked

Nayeli shock her head and continued to cook before she turned around and looked at Dominick

Meanwhile Ximuerta was walking to La Muerte's castle when she saw Nayeli's mom and dad and smiled. She walked over to them calmly and cheerful "Hello Mrs and Mr Cant" she said.

Rosa looked at her she heard of La muerte Daugher Ximuerta though her father Xibalba warned people to stay away and not hurt his daughter or other children "good afternoon princess please have a good day" she said softly still holding her husband hand as he was upset leaving Nayeli alone she was unmarried now she never find a good husband to keep her safe and be stuck either alone or with someone no man wants his daughter to date

Lucero wasn't paying much attention not after his sudden desmise still naturally upset Nayeli was alone and he could only see her once a year and had no idea if she was alright "i need to go love The Del Rayo family needs me" he mumbled quickly leaving

Ximuerta smiled "Your daughter is a kind girl and i believe she has found someone to spend her life with and he's really protecting" she says. She looks down "She misses you and your husband terribly Mrs. Cant" she says before looking up again.
