No, not all Ryoris are themed.
If you want to buy some ryoris you could look in the pet marketplace or use the advanced search. Do you know how to use the advanced search?

Stall 19 is a themed
Themes will have a star by what type it is

Example
Purebred Themed Offspring Arctic Storm Griffi
Would be a blue star a
Yellow star would be
Themed Pet Black Toad Sylvorpa
But both are themed


The blue is the offspring of a themed

Themes /yellow star/ mean they are first generation

Blue/purebred/ meaning they are the offspring of a first generation


Themes are like certain types of sylestis


But it would have to be the same type of themed for breeding
Example
Say I Breed a black cherry Vulnyx with a April Lyrids Vulnyx

That offspring would not be themed


With that info I think you get the idea/point
