Okay, this time I'm not gonna go all out and break out the flow charts and what have you. XD However, I am still gonna draw on the art. |D *brick'd*
The only beef I have is with the baby stages. The feet on the male baby should be facing sideways, since the rest of his body is. It's just like how a human sits or even a bear cub sits in that position. Same goes for his head frills/fronds/tentacles. Remember that they have volume and mass to them; they're not cardboard cutouts, and they certainly ain't Sideshow Bob's poofy hair! So when the head turns, they shift back into space, they don't remain static. You could also think of a bird's wings, too: when it's flapping it's wings mid-flight, they don't remain at the same angle. One is closer to you, the other farther away.
I also added a tiiiiiny little lip line to the other side of his snout for the smile; felt like it read better.
As for the female baby, her pose feels a little awkward, compared to the relaxed pose of the male. I like that she's curled up, asleep, but her arms and legs are at such dynamic angles that it makes it feel very busy and action-y. So I figured, if you lowered her right arm and made it curl around her little belly more, like she was snuggled up, it would feel more calm. Also, her fingers should be curled in, not flat and stiff. They make her look like she's getting a manicure, tbh. xD More importantly, it's a reflex thing: when you see a baby sleeping, they almost always have their hands curled into little fists. It's a prenatal instinct we still retain.
Okay, so, I kinda lied about the flow charts thing. xD; But there is my constructive crit.

Never much been a fan of this breed but I definitely like the new adults over the old ones, especially the male. The hatchlings not so much. When I look at the male, it reminds me of that thing dogs do after going to the bathroom. I do prefer the male hatching over the female though. The pose just doesn't work for me and I'd personally like to see her eyes. But since they don't stay as hatchlings forever it's not that big of a deal since overall I'm happy with the look of the adults. Can't wait to see the rest of the genes and mutations!

I'm not a big fan of the male's position, but the rest looks very good! I'm a little nervous about the revamp (my starter is a male sylvorpa)...
