Will my starter get a re-generation as well? I saw her Spirit Flames get moved but I didnt get the re-generation button. Has that not activated or will it take a while?

The update has not been released yet. Once it's released, then you will be able to regenerate applicable pets.

I'm of two minds on the mutation swaps.... well, maybe more than two XD First, I think it makes 100% sense to move some of the mutations around. However.... I'm really sad to lose the leaf trappings/leaf corsage combination and the ball mask/pearl armor combination. I love both of those ;o; Now they won't be possible though, as they'll all be on the same slot... which rather messes with my nearly completed Mysterious Monarch nixi project XD;; Ah well, at least I get to regen the lot of them and at least not lose progress, even if I'll have to create nearly an entirely new design for them... Makes me glad I hadn't gotten anywhere yet with my hidden heart design that was supposed to have leaf corsage, leaf trappings -and- shaman feathers showing.... those would have been a nightmare of a mess >>

All in all, it'll be good in the end. I just know it will. It'll just take a bit of adjustment in the beginning.

Also, I have some nixi eggs that haven't hatched yet that will have pearl armor.... will the babies be regennable when they hatch? or will they just receive whatever would now be in those designated spots? Anyone who had eggs during the sylvorpa regen, what happened?

I think I'm going to give Banzai (Not me, my pet Banzai.) a better mutation since he has the flame slot. I like him to have visible mutations instead. I really don't like plain sylesties with no visible mutations because they seem colorless but not colorless at the same time:3

I really love the new designs Krin... The Zolnixi is the best pet, I was about to pick a Vulynx, but the Zolnixi caught my eye. They look so beautiful.^^
