These are gorgeous! I am an absolute sucker for well drawn wings/flight feathers (a skill I'm still trying to master myself), and may I just say, they look fantastic!
I only have a couple of suggestions:
Male:
Exaggerate those curves! His current pose looks a little stiff to me; by giving the neck/chest area a nice S curve, it will make it look more fluid. From a composition standpoint, S curves are an artist's best friend! Anatomy wise I don't see any glaring issues, but remember that birds can have very thick plumage! They can create curves and bumps where there otherwise would be none on the underlying form. Use this to your advantage! Really puff out that chest to make him look big and imposing.
Female:
I would actually recommend toning down the S curve on her neck a bit. If it becomes too exaggerated, it makes the neck look too long.
Also, puff up her chest a bit more like the male's with some plumage! It will make her form look softer.
For the babies, I would actually town down their plumage a bit; baby birds don't have all their adult plumage in at that age! I think the current baby aurleons are more accurate from that standpoint:
Anyways, fantastic work so far! Once again these revamps are making me fall in love with species I previously didn't care much for. I'm very excited to have these birbs in my stables!

Oh my gosh! These are so gorgeous! Honestly, I wasn't sure if there was anything that could be done to make me like this species but this has really shocked me! They're so graceful and elegant! I am reminded strongly of phoenixes and now I need 19872278349.
Beautiful. <3

Love the flying look of the new female! ^^ And the little boy looks so cute!
One thing that kinda looks off to me is the female hatchling's wings, they look like their at a odd angle, but other then that, I love it!

The beak may seem a little odd at first but on the whole it makes them look more swan like and graceful. I like how the artwork shows off their tails better. Come to think of it the beak actually makes them a little more peacock like than before. Still looks cool whichever way you look at it. Thanks for all of your hard work updating the site. You guys are amazing.

The femes chest does seem a litte flat. The male on the otherhand seems mich too full and...wobbly o.o
Also thr male's beak seems a bit too smooth and downward, more thr the touca beak than the females that turns up a bit at the base it looks odd to me. Otherwise I like them. I could do with just a -bit- less wobble in the female neck, but I will live
