To grant a wish, you have to look at the person above wishlist, and give to them one of the things listed.

If it's a pet you want to give to them you reserve it for them for 1 gold using their ID, which you can find on their profile.
If you want to give an item, you can send it via your inventory (at the bottom of your inventory there are little icons, one of them is a little letter which allows you to sale an object to someone, you have to write their username and put the price on 1 gold).
If you want to give gold, ask them to trade you an object they don't need (most of the time it's a mushroom) for the amount of money you want to give to them.

(I can understand, when I was on sylestia since only one month I still didn't really now how to trade things. But now you've no more excuse ;) )

I came to see if I could grand any wishes...But the only wish of PureBloodBlackRose I can grant is gold, and I prefered to wait to see if someone could grant her one of her other wishes...

Or PureBloodBlackRose, I can give you a renerable puff, maybe even a pair, but not 12 points regen... Would you like that?

Around 6-7-8, so still enough for them to either have a few visible traits or to have a chance to have offsprings with 6 visible traits. I wouldn't have offered that if they were only 1 or 2 points.
If you don't want them and prefer to wait it's ok, I can understand, I'll use them for my projects!
