My inspiration for choosing the flag of Estonia was to extend my knowledge to a country I previously knew little about and learn everything I could, while also taking part in the celebration here on Sylestia! I intend to educate my children about Estonia during our upcoming homeschool year!
As an added bonus, I chose the morkko because one of Estonia's native animals is a bear!

I modeled my design after the Canadian flag
Almost all of the traits on this design have some significance. I chose a Morkko because it reminded me of a polar bear, I chose Snowflake Runes since Canada is known for it's snow. Also, the Antlers were chosen since they reminded me of a moose, one of Canada's more famous animals

My inspiration was that I really want to go somewhere with beaches and oceans, but I'm land-locked, so I chose the Bahamas. I am also fond of warm weather, so the Bahamas is a good match.
And while the national (land) animal is a flamingo, I just really love Draeyls.

Canadian Flag Kelpari
I'm from canada and am obviously very proud of that fact. I decided to go with a very minimal design to reflect our very minimal flag, and the beautiful fins of the kelpari seemed the perfect choice to place our iconic stripes upon.

Because of where I live (near a US military base) I hear a lot of patriotic classics sung by new and old musical artists on the radio. The patriotism shown by my city is pretty hard to miss. So this kelp is inspired by my personal local environment.
Colors based on US flag.
