Not really sure what to call these, but they are based off a snowcone maker and a fan~

Held: Snowcone Maker's Spriteling
Head: Snowcone Maker Hat
Outfit: Scaled Snowcone Outfit
Wings: Snowcone Maker's Fanned Wings

Decided to revamp an old idea since I didn't have time to make a completely new design and I really like storms XD

Outfit Item: Thunder Storm Toga - In case it's hard to tell, the blue part of the toga is supposed to look like rain, so it won't be a solid color
Head Item: Thunder Storm Headband
Back Item: Pouring Rain - I went with rain, but the back could also be hail, lightning, or a tornado


Held Item: Funnel Cloud - I was attempting to make this look like a funnel cloud/tornado but it really could be type of stormy weather, like rain, hail, lightning, etc.


Wings: Strikes of Lightning - I was trying to make it look like random bolts of lightning were forming the wings

Lol, I just realized that one of the rules said that the outfit must be summer themed. Hmmm maybe ghost hunting can be summer themed?
