He sighed, "Dark and light? Not signed up, either." he looked at Ash, "You really have no idea? Have you even heard of Raven and Phoenix?"

"No! Have you heard of Atax the Shadow? Probably not."

Phoenix rolled his eyes, "You have a lot to learn kid." before continuing to explain, "There are celestial elements, belonging to hybrids such as yourself. Some mythical companions have it to, like dragons. That's how you have fire magic. It is your elemental power. Elemental powers are split into two categories. Light and Dark. While fire, water, wood, earth, shape shifting, lightning and summoner, while dark is ice, poison, metal, shadow, stealing, time, memories and wind. While I am the king of light, Raven is the king of dark."

He didn't wait for Ash to respond before replying, "As well as hybrids there are celestial companion hybrids, like me. There are 12 of us. We are the members of the zodiac that keep balance. I am leo, specifically. Celestial Guardians are under us, protecting a certain sector of land. There are 24 of them.

"You don't know the lore of the land, huh. I am one of the nine legendaries. They are separated in two. Directions and elements. I am metal and death. We weren't this way before. Made this way by the Shadow. We never had human bodies. I've been stuck like this for hundreds of years." He growls, baring his teeth. "You may be a 'god' or a 'king' but you aren't my ruler."

"Such stubbornness. Are they all as weak as you? We were the ones who allowed humans to live, so be happy for your little Ivy"
