Your college had picked you to go for 5 months to any country and explore the world to gain inspiration and a sense of other culture. You excitedly log on your computer, they are letting you travel to 8 countries. Time to pick the first one!

You had finished highschool and decided to take a gap year, feeling you earned it. Your parents agreed and said they would fund your whole trip. you are now on your laptop looking for your first place to visit.

You finished high-school and your parents called you down earlier to suggest you take a gap year. maybe go backpacking or even just relax and help out on the farm for a bit before going onto college or university if thats what you want to do. You took them up on the offer and they had just called you downstairs for dinner.

You woke up in the morning and went downstairs to prepare breakfast as you eat you open your laptop and see some notifications on your patroen for your Graphic Novel. (i'm assuming that since you wanted to be an animator that you posted your graphic novel online if that's alright?)

You walk downstairs to the living room. Your mom told you that there is something she needs to tell you.

(Arthur only knows English? :( I'd say... learning three other languages. So, does this reflect us in real life? Cuz I'm learning French, Spanish, and Latin... I also know a bit of Polish)

Arthur stretched, nearly cracking his back as he did so. Vacation time was finally here! Glancing out the window to check the weather, he looked around for his computer to see where he could go for the small trip.

(yeah sorry, but the only languages I'm counting are the first languages of the other countries and what you could learn at school. unfortunately from what I know the only ones you can learn in England are English, French, Spanish, mandarin. As none of those pertain to the other countries I don't count them :/ Hope that explains it)

(It would be fair if he knew at least a little of one more language, no? Again, he loves to learn, as said on his personality)

Arthur shook his head in disbelief. Eight? That was a whole lot of countries, and he could probably go around the whole world. He decided the eight would be: France, Poland, China, Japan, Lithuania, Spain, Austria, and Italy.

(hmm okay he'll be level 3 in Finnish since that's pretty much the only language that isn't known by any char except the one who lives there. Also keep in mind that all characters have some level of understanding in English ^^ But learning another language/mastering it is recommended.)

You quickly write down the names, best to go tell your parents your decision, you know your father had to leave for work early, but your mother should be downstairs.
