"Hi guys,!"Jonathan called across the hall.He was told off for shouting by his head of house but he walked over to Avery and Reese and slid on the bench by them "Have you noticed how even Slytherin are acting glum?That's because they were planning on hexing the broomsticks,I heard them talking about it."He whispered and stroked Petite hiding under the table"Hey Petite,how are you doing.I brought Honey too" He cooed and slipped his cat under the table as well.She had been a gift from his Auror aunt,she was enchanted to be forever youthful(Is that possible,tell me if it isn't)

Petite purred and pawed at Honey

Avery waved as Jonathon entered Snickering as Lucas fussed at him as he left the dinning hall. However she got a rather sour look on her face at the mention of hexing the brooms " They shouldn't interfere especially with the first match, that group must not have been on the Slytherin team... Logan was going for the same reasons I was" she said having finished all of her sweets and stretching a bit. "It will be getting late soon, so you should eat in a hurry, Jack." she said with a smirk as she reached her hand under the table to pet Honey and Petite before speaking to Oscar " So whats your take on mythical creatures? I know its strange to ask, but that's what I'm studying so just curious" she said kindly

Jack ate up his food.He sneaked a bit of ham for Honey and turned his attention to Avery and Oscar talking .He overheard snippets of conversation but he blocked it out and thought about the midnight raid to the kitchens he was planning on going on.(Any other Hufflepuffs want to join?Perhaps this is when they found the map?)

Jack finished his meal and stood up.Dinner was finishing and all the first years were being gathered up.He walked out of the room and into the kitchens.He tapped the second-to-bottom,Middle-of-the-row barrel in the pattern of Helga Hufflepuff.The painting swung open and he walked in.He sat in one of the chairs and did his homework.Most of the questions were extremely easy and those that weren't were only slightly challenging.Honey purred next to him,enjoying the warmth.He put his homework down and went into his dorm.He set his alarm for quarter to midnight and slept.

Oscar turned to look at Avery and shrugged, "I like mythical creatures... It's a really interesting subject really." He smiled, looking down at his hands that he rubbed together, "I like all animals, so mythical creatures aren't any different for me, they're just as awesome and lovable."

She smiled Brightly "Glad to here that, would you three want to come with me when we feed the Dugbogs?" she asked the three though Jack seemed a bit lost in his own thoughts

"I'd love to!" He smiled, he loved animals, a lot. Although some didn't like him.

"Sure."
