When I looked at this event I had no clue what I would base a pair off of. So I started to thinking what makes people get into the Halloween/Fall Spirit? Then it hit me Movies! Everyone loves a good scary movie or maybe those really old scary movies that are more like a comedy compared to the new updated versions. After than i just had to pick one out of tons of movies to base off of. That is when I chose these guys.
They are based off the old classic story/movie of Frankenstein. Their colors are to show the mob chasing Frankenstein.

This might be just out of bounds for a themed pair but why not. Octobers birthstone is the opal, so I created a Nephini pair that resembles the stone.
She is vis Glowing Sea and carries Nebula and Lightning gems.
He has vis Nebula and carries Glowing Sea and Lightning gems
All together they should produce this:
