Duskclaw was back at camp. He was resting by the warrior's den, after having his small wounds tended to. He was glad the badger had been tended to, but he was still worried about the state of the other cats. He was confident that no one had died, but the apprentices had been pretty scratched up.

Dovepaw padded up to Bearpaw, and suddenly got nervous. What if he rejected her? What if he was cold and turned his shoulder? What if he laughed in her face and said she wasnt warrior enough because he had to rescue her? She took a deep breath, and then started.

Hey, Bearpaw, just wanted to thank you for coming and helping me when the badger attacked. she hesitantly ventured.

Nevermore walked away, planning on giving Bearpaw a tiny break from training for the current moment.
